Overall, I am very happy with these headphones. No pairing issues or other problems.
Quality of sound is decent, not great. I think the X3 might be slightly better sounding.
I was concerned at first about losing the little battery pack, since its needed for charging. The headphones come with a little case for all the gear, not an issue at all. And I love having emergency juice on hand.
The little ear pieces that hook in your ear are comfortable and adjustable. You can even take them off and use like normal ear buds..

decent, but too much bass

These are decent quality for the price. Technically, they are not foldable in my opinion. The ear piece turns to one direction so they can lay flat, but they do not fold up inside the headband.
The one draw back is the bass. Even at lower volume I almost felt sick after about an hour of music. They create an air pressure of some kind that makes the spot behind your jaw and under your ear ache.. I don't think that is good for long term hearing issues and I would not let my kids use them.

Too Much Bass

These headphone are actually "Over the Ear" not "On the Ear" as the description says. The headband is thicker metal versus plastic and is padded. The ear piece is soft and quite thick making a solid seal. These are very nice quality compared to the XB450

I couldn't find my old one from 30 years ago. The quality of manufacturing is poor to fair.
The fabric should have a defined one-way nap, and you can't tell by feel with this one. Even if the fabric was better quality, it was sewn crooked on one I purchased.
Older (other) versions of this style cleaner have one side of the handle hollowed out to store the cleaning fluid, this one does not.
I believe ION makes one that might be worth comparing against... or dig through the attic to find your old one before buying this one.

150 watts is more than you think..

I debated whether or not to get the 300 watt "wired" version or go with the 150 watt wireless.
I was surprised just how powerful the 150 watt sub was. I had the gain at about 25% and it was more than I needed. The versatility of the wireless feature made it much easier to place in the room without a cord. Only need power.
The transmitter can be powered by USB which make it even easier to place near/at the source of the sub out.

But if you are asking because you want to take it on a plane, you need to consider the weight more so than the size. This thing is heavy, and exceeds US domestic airlines limits and will cost significantly more than you probably want to pay to take it on a plane.. Better off shipping.
