The one thing I do not like about this toaster is that when you push down the handle to make toast, the top of the bread sticks out so you have to push down the bread with your fingers. I have not used the bagel setting nor the frozen food setting yet.

For the price point, this is a great toaster. It has both a toast & bagel setting plus a frozen setting for frozen waffles & such. Wide slots to easily get bagels in & out. My toast comes out evenly toasted & just like I like it on a '4' setting. I would recommend this brand if you are looking for an inexpensive toaster that actually works well.
