The tech had to spend extra time because my DSL went down but other than that when he programed my remote he seemed to have a hard time getting everything programed properly. Then he didn't really explain everything correctly.

The Harmony One Remote Control by Logitech is awesome! Only one device versus the 6 I had to use to control my media (TV, 3 DVD players, DVR & Bose 1•2•3. Make sure Geek Squad sends the best of their technician & that he has a working computer. It takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to program for it. Make sure you make a list of your needs from the product & take time to learn from the tech how to use the remote control...Setting up an appointment & having the proper technician come out was frustrating. Right hand & left hand communication problems they need to work out. Don't be shy to make them get it right. Hopefully, Geek Squad will become a smooth operating machine 'cuz the theory of the service is great.
What's great about it: Willing to listen & troubleshoot
What's not so great: Frustation in making & executing intallation/programming

I bought the Harmont One remote and had Best Buy program it. It didn't work as advertised so I exchanged and had the second one programed. So thing as the first. I have AT@T Uverse which requires 4 numbers for HD chammels. It doesn't always get all 4 nos. sometimes 1 or 2 or 3 or when I keep pushing the 4th no. it doesn't take right away and then al of a sudden I have 5 numbers and it goes to standerd def tv. . I have to maneveur the remote to get the signal to the box. It's a pain and shouldn't be that way. ecen the tech said that shouldn't hapen but now the 30 return policy is over. So I'm stuck with an expensive remote that doesn't work right and no way to get the programming fee back even if I could return it. It is the Harnony remote because I don't have these issues with Uverse remote. Also tech left without explaing the remote.
