I got it today. Haven’t used it yet, but checked for defects and functions. It works.
I like the attachments are metal coated with what seems to be enamel. And the mixer itself is powder coated; it looks nice and durable. We got it in milkshake color. It’s somewhat darker than it looks on photos but still fits our kitchen well, easy on the eye. I would describe it as a very light taupe

The machine made a loud noise that was not normal, when turned on.
Also had a dent on the part where bowl sits.
Was so excited to get it but had to return due to the issues.
Reordered and hoping it doesn’t have any issues.
The color and look was great so 2 stars for that.

Kitchenade mixer spring

Bought this mixer for my wife for xmas. after I bought it , I discovered it use to come withb a spring and washer on the shaft to hold the mixer tool down where it needs to be. I called kitchenade about purchasing the spring and washer separately. Said they dont have it and it doesnt need it. Well , I can tell you from using ours , it DOES need the spring and washer. There is such a demand for the spring and washer , that Amazon sells them in a kit for 15 bucks. There are a lot of people ardering them , so dont tell me it doesnt need it. Beware of this mixer.

The mixing paddle hits the bowl. The mixer bucks and bounces and the tilt lock lets go. Will be returning the mixer for exchange. Cannot recommend the unit based on the one I received.

Artisan mixer broken after 3 years.

I got a KitchenAid stand mixer hoping that this would be a long-term investment. After 3 years with moderate use it simply stopped turning on. I've tried different outlets/circuits etc. so the problem is definitely with the mixer. It didn't overheat either as it didn't turn off during mixing. KitchenAid wants to charge for so much as looking at the mixer, let alone covering the cost for repair.
