not impressed......buttons not well placed, upgrades seem ill thought out and not as intuitive as previous galaxy models.....should've kept the old one but this one will do for basics
No at the smartphone/tablet level itunes is exclusive to apple products. You can download google play music on your mac/pc and upload your itunes music to the cloud. You can gain access to your music via the web or the google play music app which runs on apple/android products.
I need a tablet to be able to read several large pdf documents to study for an upcoming exam. I read a review regarding the Galaxy Pro that stated it didn't support Adobe reader. If not, then it basically doesn't to the thing I need it most to do. Maybe not Adobe specifically, but is there a comparable pdf reader for it?
I have no problem connecting to hotel room WiFi. It may not be your tablet, but where you are situated in hotel room when you go to connect look at the connections and see how many lines are there if 2 or less you may be in a bad spot, or too much traffic and they cant handle it. Also go down by the desk area and see if you can connect that will tell you also
We are traveling right now, and so far everywhere we have went this Samsung Galaxy tab 4 10.1 has connested to the wifi in every place we have been. Connects every time automatically.
In December I was in a hotel with my Samsung Tab 4 and had no issues connecting to the hotel wifi. In fact, I have traveled a bit with my tablet and haven't found any issues with connectivity.
I spend a lot of time in hotels. I have no problems connecting to wifi with my Galaxy Tab 4. It connects faster and stays connected better than my iPad that I have for work.
Check out google play on a pc. You will have access to all that. And if you need flash for flash websites or flash gaming websites remember to download puffin browser from the google play store. Works great!
The tablet is google based. You will need a gmail email account and you can get apps through the Google play store...there are tons of free apps (unlike apple products where most apps you have to pay for?
Google's Play Store. There is an icon for it on the screen. You also can sideload apps. Download APK, set your tab to allow applications from unknown sources, run downloaded APK.
Icon "store"tap on it either type the app your looking for or view what is offered. It will be free or a charge for it. When you make a choice tap on it then it will display install tap on it and when done you can open it. The app will post itself on the desktop. hope this helps as I came from a windows system to this android.
