You can connect the DVD Player DVPSR210P to a Home Theater System using the red and white audio cable or coaxial cable for audio. For video, you can connect Component Video OUT (Y, Pb, Pr) or Video OUT (Yellow).
This model and many others will work if that TV uses yellow ,red and white RCA composite input , used in most TVs 1985 year and up to present 2021 4k tvs
Yes, it plays CD’s in all formats at a very respectable 24 bit 96 kHz rate. The remote allows for ease of audio playback. It does not come with speakers and you’ll also need an A/V receiver.
Works with any TV with composite and component inputs with Progressive scan line doubling if desired ; if your TCL is limited hdmi only, you need to pay more and buy the Sony sr 510h model because that TV lacks upconversion circuits and needs a upconverted picture

If you are hooked up that way, you need to make sure your TV Input is also changed. Scroll through your TV inputs until the picture comes up. In most cases it would read "Video".
