Televisions sold in the United States do not have an International Warranty, and would need to be returned to the United States in order to be repaired.
India - or any country - may also vary with power requirements, broadcast differences (NTSC vs. PAL or SECAM) or other differences that may cause it to not work properly.
We recommend purchasing the television in the region where it will be used, as that's where it can also be warrantied and repaired.
Some Samsung products do have an International Warranty, however televisions do not at this time.
