I believe a couple of other minor differences will be that the 4000 will have the HDMI and USB ports facing sideways and the remote will have back-lit keys (white translucent keys) with an on/off button for the back-light at the top right of the remote (glowing pink button).The 4003 will have the above mentioned ports facing toward the back and its remote is not lighted (will have black keys instead of translucent white with no glowing pink on/off button).
Image shown is the remote for the 4000 and NOT the 4003 sold here. The remote for the 4003 is exactly the same but with black keys with white characters and no illumination.

Although this model does not have direct access to Samsung Apps (like Netflix, Pandora or YouTube), it can display App content from a 2010-12 Samsung BD player or other internet capable device (the blu-ray player/internet capable device will handle the Internet content processing, while the TV displays the content. Similar to how a monitor will display the PC’s video signal). The UN32EH4003 is back-lit by LEDs in the sense that the LEDs act like CCFL bulbs in a more traditional LCD TV. Please note, none of the Samsung TVs offer Full Array LED Back-lighting, nor will the UN32EH4003 offer any sort of local dimming or other LED controlling features found in the premium "ES" models.-MrSamsung

It's 29 1/8" wide and 18 7/8" tall with its stand attached. It won't fit in your cabinet. You may want to look for a 22-24" class TV. Some 26" TV's may fit, but I doubt it. You may actually want to consider getting a new cabinet to fit the TV you want rather than vice versa - unless, of course, it's an extremely nice piece of furniture.by

For an opening that is 23 1/2 inches wide, I would have to say the largest TV you can fit in there would be the 22" UN22D5003. the 26" models are an inch to wide for you application and the 32" model will not fit at all.-MrSamsung

All current generation Samsung TVs are digital cable and Antenna ready. All of our TVs include a coax ATSC/QAM tuner that handles digital and analogue broadcast signals as well. No external boxes or equipment needed (besides the coax cable itself) to view your basic cable. However, an antenna is required for over the air broadcasts. There are two ways to connect your PC or Mac to your Samsung TV for monitor functionality: HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport.That said, the Samsung TVs do not offer wireless or networked monitor capabilities.
Please note, in the computer's operating system, you will need to set the display settings to either clone or extended view and set the computer’s resolution to match that of the maximum resolution of the TV in order to view your computer’s desktop on the TV.
If your computer offers HDMI out, I would highly suggest using this connection, since it is a basic plug-n-play connection (meaning almost no adjustment is needed on the TV or PC).
HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport is almost the same as straight HDMI, but in this case, you will want to connect the DVI end of the cable to the computer (if available) and the HDMI into the TV. This is also considered a plug-n-play connection.
Unless otherwise specified by your computer manufacturer, you will need to connect the computer's audio to the TV with a separate cable (3.5mm jack cable from the PC’s audio output to the TV’s DVI/HDMI Audio input), since most computers do not support audio over HDMI, VGA or DVI.
