It will work with both. I get a few milliseconds increased response and decreased lag from my 3.0 port but yes i have used it with my 2.0 port and all buttons and features work.
I think it depends on the game. It has 11 buttons besides the trigger, and I was able to set it up in the "controller options" for Flight Simulator so that I didn't need the keyboard most of the time. There are occasionally still some functions I need the keyboard for because of how many things you have to do in that game. With Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance, though, the only controller option is to calibrate the joystick--the only controls I use on the stick besides the trigger are the throttle and the button on top for looking around the cockpit. Maybe because it's an older game.
I would assume so. I bought it for elite dangerous, which has joystick support. All it took was to go into the controls panel and set them. Worked like a charm.
It will yes. I currently use this on Windows 11. You just need to make sure you install the Logitech Gaming Software in order for this to function as intended.
It used to and was great. Doesn't work with Steam anymore on Windows 11. Search steam forums, common issue. Steam dropped support so controller not detected now.
DON'T KNOW, NONE OF MY FLYING PROGRAMS WORK WITH MY OPERATING SYSTEM, WHICH IS WINDOWS 8.1, DO NOT HAVE THE PROGRAM YOU ARE REFERRING TO, MY GUESS IT SHOULD WORK WITH YOUR PROGRAM, THE QUESTION IS WILL THE PROGRAM WORK WITH YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM.
It probably will, but it is not made for a racing game. This controller is meant for flight simulators. To answer your question yes it would, but I dont think its the best option.
Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista It works with one of my games on pc and I have Windows 10. If I was going to buy something for my Xbox. I would go with a newer product. This was great back in the day but it’s compatibly is almost zero
