I use the Griffin case on my IPad Air2.The screen is measured in diagonal inches like a television. The screen is 10 inches diagonally. You asked about the case, width is 7 5/16" and length is 10". The product has a slim profile.
6 3/4 x 9 1/2" by less than 1/2" when closed. It's not much bigger than the iPad itself. It doesn't stick out past the edges. The cover folds back on itself so it's easy to hold in one hand.
the ipad now falls out of the case due to the "clips" on the left side not being there, I didn't notice them breaking. I see this product has a 1 year warranty, how do I get this case replaced?
If you brought it in the store, bring it back to the store! If you brought it online, call a local store first, before bringing it to the store. Should have your warranty in their computer.
Take it back to where you bought it or call the manufacturer. I've always had luck with calling them and telling them what happened and they usually replace it.
Return it to Best Buy. Take it to the Geeksquad counter and tell them you need warranty service. If you have your receipt, then take it with you. If there are any issues at the store, please call us at 1-800-620-2790 from the store to see if we can help you.
From what I've seen on Best Buy's website and in the store I believe black to be the only offering at this location fourth case. That said I would check rocket fishes website to see if they make anymore in different colors always a good option if you don't find what you want initially.
