Bruce of sd,
Thank you for your interest in the 32" 1080p, 60Hz LG LED HDTV, Model # 32LN5300. As to whether or not you're going to have enough inputs to connect all your other devices to this TV really depends on how you want to hook it up!
If you're looking to use HDMI ports for everything, then the answer is no! This unit has 2 HDMI inputs, a component input and a composite input.
So you'll have to make some smart decisions about how you want to connect your devices and to an extent, your devices may also dictate how you connect them depending on what outputs they have. For example, which Roku device do you have? (1, 2 or 3?) You can use an HDMI for that. Which DVD Player do you have? Is it an upconverting one? If it is, then you'll want to use the other HDMI for that since upconversion can only be done via HDMI! If not, then you can use component if it has that as an output otherwise you can use the composite. Remember, DVD only gives you 480p resolution!
Your cable box can only give you as much as 1080i (or 720p) so component would be okay but you can opt for HDMI if you like. The soundBar can be c onnected into the Optical Digital output on your TV, just make sure to go into your TV's menu and in the sound option make sure that you select the digital output so sound is diverted to your SoundBar through the Optical output. HDMI might also be an option if your soundbar has that option as an input.
If anything, not having enough HDMI inputs is not the end of the world either because you can always get a 4 in 1 out HDMI splitter which comes with a port selector and a wireless remote which gives you an additional 4 HDMI input ports. Don't get a 2 way splitter as this splits one signal into 2 outputs and will not serve you as well. So as you can see, there are many ways to go about connecting devices. It all depends on what outputs you have on your devices and what inputs are on the TV...IFV
