To my knowledge, which is pretty good on this subject, NO ! (but not impossible) Because of the different currency values of money between the U.S. dollar and other countries currency, US $ PSN cards only work on NA (North America) PSN accounts, with addresses in the United States. My friend who is up in Canada, which is still NA, can NOT use PSN gift cards from the US because of the difference in value between US currency & Canadian currency. However, even if you live in another country, you can still make, or have, a US NA PSN account with a random US address, and you will have a NA US PSN account, that these PSN gift cards will work on. Then you can use them on that account from any country, anywhere.

Sorry to say, PSN cards only work in the region they're purchased in, so you'd have to purchase them for your specific region. From what I understand, there are electronics dealers in Tripoli who sell PSN cards that would work for you, but as I'm in not in your region I have no way to verify. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

No you can not it just would be a good idea to do so. Make sure you have proof of purchase because I have had a bad situation where the card was not working & you are not able to return or get a new one. It would be for insurance.

The PSN (PlayStation Network) card is essentially a gift card for the PSN digital store run by Sony. This is not to be confused with the PS Plus membership card which is for a membership with PlayStation's premium online service. When items like these cards, which are just a code, are offered as "digital", it usually means they'll just send you the code via email or your Best Buy digital library. Otherwise a physical card with the code will be shipped to you, which is the same card you would find in a Best Buy brick and mortar store.

Network card / gift card is physical. A digital card, if Best Buy carried one at the moment, might be a code they can email to you. No matter what the code is used online (digitally) and is then, for all intents and purposes, useless after it's redeemed.

I know your question was a while ago, but on the back it says "your account will only accept Cards from the country designated on your account" Unless you have a US PlayStation account, I don't think it will work.

I'm pretty sure the digital currency cards are redeemable by region. I don't know if Brazil is considered to be the same region as the USA, most likely not. Save your money.

I’m not too sure but I know Best Buy does sell Sony PlayStation Digital Cash Cards. If you’re able to cancel your order of a Cash Card, which is delivered to your door, you can always purchase the Digital Cash Card, which gets delivered to your email within an hour or so.
