great setup, decent battery life

Work in a dark area and needed lighted keyboard. This one works great. I love the adjustable light level and the motion sensor that lights it up as your hands get close. Works alongside my Logitech mouse with the one unifying receiver. Battery needs charged more than I thought it might but I do use it a lot.

The negative reviews all dealt with a bios upgrade issue. Mine had Windows 10 on it and worked without a hitch. Lot of computer for a low price. The one thing I dislike is the warranty tag on the case. I plan to install a solid state drive and a video card but as I understand it, that voids the warranty. I plan to ask Asus about that.

replaced a similar failing Seagate drive. The WD is quiet, solid, and runs cooler. I have no real tests to prove it but the WD does not seem to access data as fast as the Seagate. This drive is mostly a storage drive so not a big deal.

Really only use it as color printer. I like that it has single ink cartridges for each color. We got it for $70, quite the steal. The only con I have is that it takes about three minutes to come out of sleep mode. We have Brother laser printers that come out of sleep in 15 seconds.

It depends on how close the strike is. If it hits directly to a device plugged in, it may only survive one strike. Does the USB dongle work as a receiver for an existing Logitech mouse which I had bought couple of years ago ? I am trying to determine if I will have to use two USB or will my mouse work with the new dongle.
