Needs better instructions... but a great book

The first thing I noticed when unpacking the Galaxy Book was the slim and sleek profile. The tablet snapped easily into the keyboard case.
The Quick Start guide said to fully charge the tablet before turning on.
While I waited, the next page had instructions for putting in the microSD card, which needs a special tool. That tool was in the back of the instruction and warranty card case and could easily not be found, and will for sure get misplaced.
It also came with another metal tool or accessory that I still don't know what it is - and should be mentioned in the Quick Start guide. I'm guessing it may be used for replacing the tips in the S pen, since there are extra tips included.
There is also no mention of where the pen holder goes, which becomes evident when you look at the back side of the keyboard case - but again, could easily be missed.
The case and kickstand took some playing around with to learn how the magnetic stand works, again fairly straightforward AFTER you figure it out. I would really like to have a lighted keyboard.
Suggestion - watch a video about the Galaxy Book while it is charging.
After setting up and charging the Galaxy Book, the experience was quite pleasant. It was very easy to login into accounts and start using the book. The keyboard is great to type on - not too much smaller than a standard desktop keyboard.
The screen display is beautiful. The camera works really well (almost too well on selfies). The best feature is the pen. I use Microsoft OneNote heavily and that software is made for a pen like this. Easy to write and draw with. Plus it has a sketchpad on the taskbar and a screen sketch (you can sketch on the desktop background picture).
This book is definitely robust and has plenty of storage with the microSD option. The battery life was acceptable. The portability is great!
Overall, I give the setup 3 stars, the design 4, and performance/functionality 5 stars.

Good sound plus unique features

This portable speaker has good sound quality when hooked up to my phone. It paired easily with Bluetooth. Some of the unique features, besides being waterproof, include a locking mechanism to prevent buttons from working and a dry box to store valuables. The dry box is small however, and would only store credit cards, some cash and possibly a key or two. This speaker is great for bringing with to outdoor events - rugged and good sound quality.

Practical and Convenient

The Panasonic beard and hair trimmer is practically designed and cuts very well. Some of the best features include the comb attachment and the adjustable blade length (height adjustment control), which makes trimming beards foolproof (no more bald spots by an oops moment). With the comb off, the trimmer can be used for finer cuts and detailing (works great on eyebrow hairs). The charging unit which plugs directly into the wall, and acts as a stand when not charging, is brilliant - eliminating unruly and unsightly cords in the bathroom!

Great sound, waterproof and Bluetooth fun!

This softball sized roundish speaker came in a simple package with no instructions except for a diagram on the back of the inside of the box. The beauty is that this was all that was needed. On the top of the speaker - one button for Bluetooth pairing (my phone found it easily), and one button for power. On the front a cross (so cool), with the plus to increase volume and the minus to decrease volume. It comes with a USB cord for charging.
I listened to iHeart radio from my phone through the wireless Wonderboom - and was impressed by the sound quality. The volume is plenty for what I will ever need, inside or out. Plus, being waterproof, drop proof and having a long lasting battery (haven't quite tested the limit yet)... this is a perfect speaker for bringing with anywhere or putting outside during gardening or barbecuing!

The first thing that impressed me about the Kraken Pro headset was the packaging, which was professional, practical and vibrant (bright green).
There is no R or L indicators on the ear cups - but they are not needed since the retractable microphone makes it obvious which way to put them on.
The ear cups are very comfortable. The inline microphone controls are easy to use - there is a toggle for mute and a wheel for volume. The cord is great - it is not your typical wire, it has a woven cording over it. The retractable microphone is very convenient.
The sound when using the headset is very rich and not distorted. The recording quality, when using Camtasia, was a little tinny, even though I had the echo cancellation and noise suppression features turned on in my audio manager settings. This was evident when using the headphones for playback, but when using the speakers the sound quality was just fine.
Overall, the headset is comfortable, easy to use and has good quality.

Powerful

My new Dyson came just as I needed to leave for out of town. I wanted to assemble it quickly and try it out before I went. Getting the pieces out of the box was a little tricky since the main unit kept getting caught up on something and the box is so deep you can't reach the bottom.
Once I had everything out of the box, I started to put the pieces together using an illustrated card that came attached to the handle. This too, too much longer than I anticipated, since the illustrations were difficult to decipher for some of the pieces. I looked in the large manual, which had more illustrations, and some written instructions, and finally got it assembled.
When I first tried it out, I could not get the back wheels to disengage, so I had to push down on the front part of the machine to vacuum, but eventually I figured out how to bend it back properly to disengage on its own.
I had just used my Shark Navigator a few hours earlier so I didn't think the Dyson would pick up much. I was surprised at what it picked up! We have a dog that sheds profusely and not only did it pick up hair, but lots of fine dirt particles. The suction does seem to be superior.
I like the Shark better for ease of use and small features like a cord clip and handle for when using the tube part on the couch, but the Dyson does seem to clean better, which is most important.

The Good, the Bad and the Great

The Good: The Dyson has a good beater bar and is easy to maneuver.
The Bad: My Dyson came and I did not have a lot of time before I was leaving town, but I wanted to unpack and assemble it before I did. I did not think it would take as long as it did. While the packaging kept the parts from breaking, it also made it slightly difficult to remove from the outer box. The base of the vacuum kept hanging up on something when trying to pull it out. The box was so long, you can't reach into it. A side opening box would have been much easier. Once outside the box, I started the assembly process. I tried to follow the quick setup illustrated card that was hanging on the handle, and while the illustrations were quite good, I had some difficulty figuring it out. Compared to my Shark, I found the assembly and concept more complicated. I still haven't interpreted some of the illustrations in the operating manual.
Once together, I plugged it in, turned it on and tilted the handle back. The stabilizer stand is supposed to automatically lift up when the handle is reclined. Mine does not do this. I still haven't figured out if it's a defect or something I did during assembly. I have to force the head down by gently stepping on the front of the vacuum.
The Great: Once I started vacuuming however, I was pretty impressed. We have a dog that sheds extremely heavily. I had just vacuumed my living room a couple of hours earlier with my Shark Navigator, so I was not expecting much in the canister. Not only did it pick up tons of hair, but fine particles and dirt also.
Overall, I like the quality and ease of use of my Shark better than the Dyson. Both have wands and can clean multiple surfaces. The Dyson , however, does seem to clean better and that's what I want most out of a vacuum.

Brilliant Design

I was so skeptical about giving up my Keurig. The Ninja takes up about the same counter space as the Keurig. The Ninja Coffee Bar is such a brilliant design, however, that the only thing I miss is the convenience of various coffee and tea flavors readily available. The Ninja has a built in scoop which is extremely handy and a built in milk frother, also very handy. It comes with a permanent filter, or can be used with paper filters. They thought of everything including a handle built into the water reservoir for easy grasping, a brew basket that easily swings out with a removable filter basket for quick cleanup, a drip stop, and it cleans itself! It can fit a variety of container sizes from a regular size cup to an extra large travel mug or you can brew a half or full carafe. There are different brew strengths built in as well. The set up was easy - although the cleaning takes over an hour so plan ahead for that first time use. The Ninja also comes with a book of various hot and cold coffee recipes. Brilliant!
I did have a lot of Keurig pods left but I found I can open them (even the Cappuccino cups) and use them in the brew basket.

An excellent system... if good internet

The Arlo-Pro security camera system came well packaged with easy to follow instructions for setting up the hardware and downloading the software. The units (base and cameras) are well made and appear high quality. After setting up the hardware and downloading the software however, I felt myself asking "now what?". I had to look at the picture on the packaging to see what the software should look like. Everything appeared to be working but I just wasn't sure what it was supposed to be doing. I did go to the tutorials on the website provided and they helped somewhat. After figuring out what each mode was, and playing with the settings, I was able to see the videos being created in the library. I was not however, able to view "live" mode. It says a firmware update is required but when I try to update, it fails - from either the app or online. After researching in the support rooms, I determined it was because of our slow internet speed. The problem is, the live camera won't work until I do update it by bringing the devices to a place that has higher speed internet. The good thing is, it still records video based on movement. We put one camera inside our house and the image quality is excellent... except at times when our internet is slower, then it goes from color to black and white. We have one pointing outside through a window and that one seems to pick up glare so we need to mount it outside. The specs says good to minus six degrees, but we live in MN where it can be much colder than that, so we are concerned with how it will function (but we'll try it). The design is great, with magnetic holders so the camera's can be easily removed to charge the battery (which will last 3- 6 months). This is another concern of it being outside... that an animal or person may steal it, but again we'll try it. Overall I highly recommend this system. It provides good security (even a very loud alarm), good videos, and easy installation. I would not recommend this system for anyone who has poor internet (we get 1.2 Mbps download and .75 upload on a good day). I would give it 5 stars if there was some way it could run the live mode on the older firmware and if we could turn on and off the push notifications easily.

These replacement brushes are a good size (not too big for the mouth, but cover a couple of teeth at one time). Having the bristles fade in color is a nice feature so I don't have to remember when to replace them. Great idea.

Does your voice playback through the headset? I always have one earphone off so I can hear myself so I'm not too loud and that's how my last headset broke
That would be a setting on you computer - under the Sound setting. When you plug in the the earphone jack, it should play back in your headset. If you want to hear it through your speakers, unplug the earphone jack (leave the microphone jack plugged in to record).
