The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because you can't change the height of the vacuum to adjust to the height of your carpet. We have 3 different types of carpet in our house. The Shark works great on a very low cut area rug (15'x8') that is in our living room. It also works well on the upstairs carpet that is medium pile carpet. But the area rug in our family room is very high pile and trying to push the Shark through that took a lot of arm strength. I'm a big guy having trouble and when I let my wife try she could barely push it.
The Shark does have the most suction of any vacuum I have ever used though. My dog likes to chew on wood logs and when he does he leaves wood shrapnel all over the carpet. This Shark sucked every last splinter and dog hairs out of the carpet. When I finished just the living room I could not believe how much stuff was in the canister. It is an amazing sucker!!!
The canister is small and will probably need to be emptied after every use though, but that fine with me.
I really love the small and thin vacuum head. I was able to get 4 or 5 inches under our furniture where our old vacuum couldn't even fit under the furniture without lifting it.
Another plus is that you can turn off the rollers to vacuum hardwood floors. Our old vacuum says it can work on hardwood floors but with the roller spinning it just shoots the debris out the sides and back of the vacuum. But this is ingenious. You just turn the rollers off at the switch, vacuum the hardwood, and that great suction of the shark pulls everything on the floor up into the canister,
The swivel part didn't really come in to play at our house but I can see where it would benefit homes where there is a lot of walls and furniture to go around.

awesome but user interface difficult to maneuver

This is an outstanding idea but difficult to navigate.
First of all being able to find pics and docs on my phone that were only on my desktop at home was awesome. I moved all my desktop pictures to the "My Cloud Home" desktop app then was able to see all of them on my phone without having to take up any space on my phone.
I was also able to load personal documents from my desktop to the "My Cloud" and open them on my phone. This was a little tricky though and not really a WD My Cloud problem as my phone isn"t able to open excel or word doc's. I was able to download them on my phone to Google Drive and see them from there.
so this is real cool. I have had external drives before but could never access them from my phone wherever I am. With the "WD My Cloud Home" I am able to see anything that is on my home computer on my phone from anywhere I am.

This remote worked great with every piece of A/V equipment I have. I operated everything from a brand new 2017 Sony 4k TV to my 2005 Sony surround sound receiver.
All the functions and buttons that each remote has is represented on this Logitech Harmony remote.
I have put all 4 remotes that i needed to watch TV and movies into a drawer to never be used again.

wifi works outstanding

had to buy this because we switched from a dsl modem to a cable modem. first off, if you haven't already made the switch to cable high speed. It's so much better then dsl.
But this modem works great. I now get 120 mbps through the Ethernet wire hooked up to my desktop.
the wifi is impressive too. It reached to my man cave in the garage where our video games are hooked up and the speed test out there is 40 to 50 mbps. considering the router has to go through several doors and walls to project out to the garage about 75 feet away, 40 to 50 mbps is very good. The router does it's job perfectly.
We also run 4 phones, a laptop, directv, xbox, and tablets through the wifi (sometimes all at once) and there isn't any slow down on any of the devices.

huge screen but very light weight

When i first received it i thought it was to big. I was going from a 4" screen to this almost tablet size 5.7" screen. But i was wrong. this Phone is lighter and less bulky then my old 4" smart phone.
Also the 16 gigs of memory is awesome. I can download more then 2 apps at a time unlike my old phone. I have all the apps i use daily(games, music,banking, sports, etc) and stillhave 6 gigs left unused.
the cameras are awesome too. takes great pics and video. Also the stylus is a fun little tool. you can draw on pictures you take or send hand written texts. Kinda cool.
