The Ninja CM401 Specialty Coffee Maker is a very nice addition to any kitchen. It is a very attractive unit, elegantly styled in stainless steel and matte black. The unit can brew traditional coffee in two strengths, in six sizes up to a full carafe or it can be used to create iced coffee, cappuccino or latte beverages.
Ninja is a unit of SharkNinja which was founded as Euro-Pro in Montreal, Canada in 1995. SharkNinja produces more than 150 innovative home products such as Shark vacuum cleaners, steam mops and steam irons, Ninja blenders, food processors, air fryers, pressure cookers and slow cookers.

When you unbox the Ninja CM401 you should be very impressed by the elegant design and the quality of construction. It is a beautiful combination of matte black and stainless surfaces, accented by a crystal clear water reservoir and features a full, but very intuitive control panel set into a stainless panel. On one side a smart scoop is flush-mounted in a bracket, insuring that you always have the measuring device at hand. A fold-away milk frother is tucked in the back. The warming plate is highlighted by a set of glossy black concentric stripes. The brew basket swivels forward to allow easy filling and it holds a gold brewing filter. The beautiful grooved water reservoir can be lifted off for cleaning.
So how well does it work? Just great! I have a Keurig single serve coffee maker which produces a nice consistent cup of coffee from each pod. I bought some pre-ground Starbucks Pike Place coffee to test against the Starbucks Pike Place K-cups I typically use. To make a single cup of coffee I used the instructions on the Smart Scoop (three level teaspoons of coffee for my 14 ounce cup), flipped down the single cup holder and placed my mug, set the size of my mug on the control panel and pressed “Classic” to start the brewing process. About 3 minutes later my coffee was ready, delivering a delicious aroma and a taste even better than my trusty Keurig. Cleanup was simple – just dump the grounds from the gold filter into a trash container, rinse out the filter and brew basket and it was ready for another brew cycle.
The economics of the Ninja CM401 are pretty attractive compared to a Keurig. One large mug requires 15 g of coffee. A 13.5 ounce canister of Starbucks Pike Place coffee (about $9 on sale) holds 382 g – enough for 25 large mugs of coffee. That works out to about $0.36 per mug. Starbucks K-cups typically cost about $0.75 each but sometimes Best Buy offers them for as low as $0.50 per K-cup. Assuming you paid an average of $0.62 per K-cup, over the course of a year you would save about $95 if you brew just one cup of coffee per day. If you have two or more cups per day (as I do!) the Ninja pays for itself in just one year just on the savings from single cup coffee brewing.
But the Ninja CM401 is much more than a single cup brewer. It brews full and half-carafes of delicious coffee in two strengths, “classic” and “rich.” I like a nice, full-bodied coffee so I thought that I would need to use the “rich” setting. But the classic setting actually tasted better to me. It’s obviously a matter of personal taste but it is nice to know that the unit can adjust the brew strength so easily. One interesting feature of the carafe is the “brew-through lid” which incorporates a long cylinder to mix the coffee to the bottom of the carafe, ensuring a well-balanced taste throughout.
You can also make iced coffee by just selecting that option. The brewing strength is adjusted automatically to compensate for the dilutive effect of the ice used to cool the coffee. You can make a single cup or an entire carafe of iced coffee. The glass carafe supplied with the Ninja is made to handle the thermal stress of hot liquids and ice without suffering any harm.
I had some reservations about how good the results of the Specialty Coffee feature might be. It creates 4 ounces of very concentrated coffee from two large scoops of ground coffee. The concentrated coffee can then be used to create various espresso-type beverages such as cappuccino or lattes by adding frothed milk. Well, this was my biggest surprise. I brewed the 4 ounce coffee concentrate, heated a cup of milk in the microwave for 40 seconds, used the fold-out frothing wand on the milk and poured the coffee concentrate into the heated, frothed milk. The result was a delicious cappuccino! It was so easy to make! I tried the concentrate with some of the other recipes provided by Ninja and obtained similarly great outcomes, all without the bother and mess associated with a dedicated espresso machine.
There are only two negatives I can note about this coffee maker. First, it is rather large, 12 inches wide and about 15 inches tall. It will fit under most kitchen cabinets but you will need to slide it forward to refill the water reservoir. Second, the handle on the glass carafe is smooth and doesn’t have much grip. I could foresee someone letting the carafe slip from a careless grasp. But these are relatively minor issues.
When you add up the superb specialty coffee beverage feature, the single cup economic advantage, the delicious taste of the coffee produced and the fine design and technology features of this appliance, the Ninja CM401 Specialty Coffee Maker has certainly earned a full five stars and my strong recommendation.

The Dyson V7 Fluffy Cordless Stick Vacuum is a remarkably lightweight, versatile device that provides nearly effortless, but very effective, vacuuming on hard floors, walls, window blinds and furniture. It has a HEPA filter and is bagless to make it even more attractive and earth friendly.
What does the Dyson V7 Fluffy Stick Vac do best? Highest grades for efficiently vacuuming hard floors, upholstered furniture, window blinds, close-weave area rugs, picking up of pet hair and crumbs from the kitchen floor, clearing cobwebs from the ceiling, dust from walls, computer keyboard and other surfaces and, bonus, serves as a great car vacuum because of its versatile cordless feature. It does all of this quietly, and with great suction and maneuverability to reach into every tight corner. The unit easily switches to a hand held vacuum with a very well-engineered, light-weight body, good grip handle, CORDLESS, I am not shouting, just did not want you to miss that wonderful feature) which makes it a go to anytime vacuum if a mess occurs. It is so user friendly! If you hate dragging out a heavy vacuum for the small clean up or finding a space to fit more equipment into a crowded closet, this great Dyson stick vacuum with its slender profile will solve that problem too. How? Because you can hang it on the wall with the beautiful charging bracket provided!
Dyson Appliances was founded by Sir James Dyson in 1991 and introduced the root cyclonic (centrifugal) separation system for home vacuums. Multiple root cyclones are used to improve the dust collection efficiency and to reduce the size and weight of the vacuum. The advantage of this technology is that dust can be extracted without clogging the suction system. Other innovations incorporated in all Dyson vacuums were the bagless, clear plastic dirt collection bin, washable filters and very high rpm electric motors. While at first I did not like the idea of seeing the dirt collected in the clear plastic collection bin, ironically, it is another one of the best features…because you want to empty the collected dirt out of the bin after vacuuming rather than store the dust and dirt in your unit. PLUS, yes, another plus, with this Dyson you are not buying collection bags every few months….so it’s environmentally friendly and economical too.
One reason that Dyson vacuums are so highly rated is their superb suction power. Essentially every vacuum relies on two factors to pull in dirt: speed of airflow (measured in cubic feet per minute) and suction power (measured in inches of water lifted). Airflow is generated by the RPM of the motor and suction is created by the physical size of the fan blades attached to the motor. The combination of airflow and suction power is called airwatts. (The actual formula is AirWatts = Airflow CFM x Water Lift Inches x 0.117) The very high RPM digital motors used by Dyson create high airflow which reduces the need for large fan blades and the associated big, heavy motor found in most vacuum cleaners.
The Dyson V7 Fluffy generates 21 airwatts in normal mode and 100 airwatts in max power mode. A typical full-size corded upright vacuum will produce about 100 -120 airwatts and the most powerful models (like the biggest Dyson) can generate about 270 airwatts. But keep in mind that these are designed for cleaning thick carpets. For hard floors and other surfaces the suction power required for cleaning is much lower due to the fact that you do not need to pull dirt up past a dense weave of carpet fibers. The 21 airwatts in normal mode is quite sufficient for cleaning hardwood, tile and granite floors. The 100 airwatts in max mode can handle area rugs and upholstered furniture very effectively.
But beyond the dull technical details, Dyson vacuums have become the premier brand not only due to their engineering superiority but also for the elegant styling which all incorporate. The Dyson V7 Fluffy is just beautiful with glossy materials, well-chosen colors and a sleek, futuristic design. If a vacuum cleaner can be a status symbol, Dyson meets the requirement.
Here is a summary of the key features: • Model: Dyson V7 Fluffy Cordless Stick Vacuum • Digital V7 21.6 volt, 16.2 amp brushless motor rotates at 107,000 RPM and provides powerful suction power • Large non-slip, balanced ergonomic handle and power trigger for effortless control • 15 radial cyclones in two tiers remove all dust and never clog • Powered 20 watt direct-drive main cleaner head removes ground-in dirt with 10 inch wide cleaning path • Swivel head connection for great maneuverability • Ultra soft bristles and fibers in powered rollerhead prevent scratches on delicate wood surfaces • Includes 20 watt powered mini turbo brush head, crevice tool, combination tool, narrow brush head, 27 inch extension tube, docking station • Easily converts to compact handheld vacuum • Hepa filtration cleans air as it operates • Washable lifetime filter • Two suction power choices: 21 airwatts (Normal), 100 airwatts (Max) • 2100 mAh six cell nickel cobalt manganese battery provides 30 minutes running time, 3.5 hour recharge time and very long life • Easily removable high-impact clear dust bin, no touch dirt emptying • Dimensions: 8.2 inch height, 49 inch length (with extension tube), 9.8 inch width • Lightweight! Just 5.3 pounds! • Two year warranty on parts and labor
In my condo, the floor cleaning challenges I face are a 2300 sq. ft. mix of hardwood floors, granite floors and several area rugs. There are thresholds between several of the rooms to create visual breaks or because some of the floors are at slightly different heights. I also have a sweet little Yorkshire Terrier that does not shed, but she can somehow scatter her food on the floor around her food bowls.
So how well does it clean? I found that it does an outstanding job of removing dust and debris from all of the hard surfaces as well as the upholstered furniture. The powered roller head was very agile, turning easily and covered every part of the floor. The power trigger has a very soft touch and the unit turns on and off instantly, extending the battery life. Because it is so light (5.3 pounds) you can easily carry it around your home and will not be worn out when you finish vacuuming. It was impressive that it did not scatter the bits of debris on the floor as I vacuumed and it picked up everything: dust, plant leaves, crumbs, dog food. I did not need to pick up a single thing off the floor by hand - it caught it all!!
Fun fact: The fluffy roller head is two colors, red and blue. The long suction stick is a very regal purple. When the roller head is in motion it turns purple like the stick body. Pure magic!
The nice variety of provided accessories (crevice tool, narrow brush, powered mini roller brush and combination brush) all attach easily and firmly with the quick release catch system. They greatly enhance the versatility of the Dyson stick vac. You can throw out that old dustbuster and car vacuum that never seem to work – your new Dyson is the world’s best cordless hand vacuum!
Overall, you should be very impressed by the quality of the Dyson V7 and will appreciate its ability to thoroughly and effortlessly clean in your home. Final comment, my Yorkie gives it her 100 point tail-wag of approval after seeing a spotless floor around her food bowl again!

The Insignia NS-AHBTOENC wireless headphones are a very nice option for a comfortable listening experience at home, traveling or while working out. They incorporate an effective noise suppression and echo canceling system, use the latest Bluetooth 5.0 connection technology, have easy-to-operate controls and a very long battery life. And, since these are made by Best Buy’s Insignia brand, these features are all provided at a very economical price.
Here are the key features: • Insignia Model NS-AHBTOENC noise-canceling over-the-ear Bluetooth headphones • Bluetooth 5.0 reception range up to 33 feet • Noise-canceling/suppression technology helps block external noises, may be switched on or off • Monitor function allows ambient sound to be easily heard while wearing headphones, may be switched on or off • Built-in microphone for making and receiving phone calls • Touch control on side of right earphone to raise/lower volume, next/previous track selection • Power, Bluetooth pairing, Monitor and Noise Cancel buttons on left earphone • Rechargeable internal lithium ion power source: 3.5 hours to fully charge with included micro USB connection cable • Headphones will operate up to 20 hours continuously from a full charge, 16 day standby time • Can also operate without using any power by connecting a 3.5 mm stereo cable to left earphone • 3.5 mm (headphone) male-to-male connection cable included • Easy to follow illustratedd quick set-up guide • Foldable design for compact storage • Size: 6.7 inches by 7.5 inches by 2.3 inches • Weight: 8.5 ounces • One year warranty on parts and labor
Included in the box are the headphones, instructions, a 33 inch long micro USB charging cable and a 50 inch long 3.5 mm direct-connect wire cable. The quick set-up guide is comprehensive with step-by-step instructions for using the headphones, a trouble-shooting checklist, technical specifications and detailed explanations for using each feature.
The headphones have a non-reflective black finish, substantial bass-producing drivers and super-soft memory-foam cushions on each headphone for superb comfort and noise isolation.
First step is to charge the headphones. Just attach the charging cable, plug it into your computer or a USB outlet and LED lights will go out when they are fully charged (about 3.5 hours when fully discharged.) A red LED light next to the charging port goes out when the unit is fully charged. The stated music playing time of twenty hours seems right and may even be conservative.
Next, press the power button for two seconds to turn them on – an audio prompt indicates when the power is on or off. Pair the earphones with your phone or other source via Bluetooth. Pressing the power button for four seconds initiates pairing. An audio prompt guides you, but my phone paired them very quickly and without drama. A blue LED indicates the connection has been made.
The headphones are fully adjustable and the very soft pads completely and comfortably enclose most ears. I cannot stress enough how comfortable these headphones are. They are light (a bit over 8.5 ounces) and have plenty of adjustment range to enable a good fit. The earphone pads are fairly large (about 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide) so they qualify as “over ear” and they provide very good sound isolation. You can wear them for many hours in perfect comfort and your ears will thank you afterwards.
Even without the noise-canceling function most external sounds are blocked. Pressing the ANC (automatic noise canceling) button turns on that feature and there is an audio announcement that it is active (or that it has been turned off.) The ANC technology is very effective for random noise. I turned on both my shower and bathroom sink faucet and the noise (which would normally be very loud) was just a faint hiss which I could easily ignore while listening to the music. Even without music playing the noise canceling feature was pretty effective. These would be great on a noisy airplane ride!
The Insignia AHBTOENC headphones have a nice reproduction of mid-range notes and provide plenty of bass. I feel that their performance on upper range notes was not as faithful as some other (much more expensive) headphones I own so they may not meet the most demanding audiophile’s expectations. However, given their modest price and the bonus of the noise-canceling feature, these headphones will satisfy most users for casual listening. They are a perfect choice for traveling and would pass boring hours in airports and on planes with gold stars for quality, sound level and range.
Like all good earphones these will respond to various voice commands, allow you to interact with Siri, take calls, etc. Each earphone has some controls. The right side has a nice touch pad which will raise/lower volume, skip tracks (forward and backward), pause and repeat tracks and has a microphone for use during calls. The left side turns the earphones on/off, handles Bluetooth pairing, activates the noise cancelation feature and also takes calls
The Bluetooth 5.0 connection is super-reliable. I have used the headphones in my home and can walk 35 to 40 feet from my phone without a connection break. If you lose connection it quickly restores itself when you come back into range.
Bottom line - the Insignia AHBTOENC noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones are an excellent value for music fans who want a very comfortable headset, superb noise isolation and a dependable travel partner. I have given this item four stars, losing one star only because the music reproduction was just not as good as I would hope. However, on balance, I think you will be happy with this purchase!

Very Nice Device - Modernize Your Audio Equipment!
on May 14, 2019

from Chicago, IL
The Aluratek ABT05F Bluetooth Transmitter is a very inexpensive and effective way to upgrade your pre-Bluetooth equipment to today’s technology standards. It provides a reliable Bluetooth 5.0 transmission function to any audio output on any device.
Here are the key features: • Aluratek Model ABT05F universal Bluetooth 5.0 transmitter • Bluetooth 5.0 transmission range up to 50 feet • Can connect to two devices simultaneously • Rechargeable internal lithium ion power source: 3 hours to fully charge with included micro USB connection cable • Device will transmit 10 to 12 hours continuously from a full charge • Automatic shutoff 5 minutes after disconnection • Remembers last two devices paired and automatically pairs with either when powered on • 3.5 mm (headphone) male-to-male connection cable included • Stereo RCA (left and right male)-to-female 3.5 mm connection cable included • Full easy to follow illustrated instructions • Very compact: 1.1 inch by 2.5 inches • One year warranty
Simply attach the appropriate provided connector (RCA stereo plugs or 3.5 mm headphone jack) to the Aluratek transmitter, connect the other end to the device you want to use as a source and you have added Bluetooth 5.0 capability to that device! To pair it with Bluetooth speakers or headphones just enter pairing mode on that device, then press one button on the side of the Aluratek, watch for alternating red and blue flashing lights and wait until the light changes to blue. In a couple of seconds, Boom! – you are now paired!
Connections were solid and provided a very clean data stream from all devices I tested. The 50 foot range claimed for Bluetooth 5.0 assumes essentially line-of-sight but you can safely expect that the device will work perfectly in most home situations, reliably covering multiple rooms.
I cannot over-emphasize how easy the pairing process was – push the connection button and it just works! Once you have performed the connection process on a device/speaker combination it will remember that connection and automatically connect the next time you power it up. If you use more than one device and/or speaker it will also remember the second combination. Beyond two combinations you will have to use the connection button but again, that is a very simple process. The included instructions are very easy to follow (unlike many instructions included with products made in China!) and should answer any question you might have. Aluratek even includes tech support contacts by email and phone in the very unlikely event that you need assistance.
The device is very compact and lightweight so it can be attached to any port on the source and just hang unobtrusively next to that source device without straining the wiring. It has a micro USB connection on one end (for charging the internal battery), a female 3.5 mm connection on the other end, an on/off switch and a connection button with LED indicator light.
What can you do with it? Here are just a few suggestions that occurred to me: • Connect a non-Bluetooth stereo receiver to Bluetooth speakers • Upgrade the sound of compact HD TVs by linking to a Bluetooth speaker • Enable wireless Bluetooth headphone use for any TV • Bring your old non-Bluetooth iPod back to life by pairing it with a Bluetooth speaker or headphone • Link any audio device to your Bluetooth-enabled car stereo system • Add Bluetooth 5.0 capability to older laptops and PCs.
I am delighted to give this great device my full and enthusiastic recommendation! Buy it (in fact, buy several!) and you will be very happy with its performance and the many uses you will find for it.

Sony’s new GTK-XB72 Wireless Speaker System is certainly powerful, very flashy (literally!) and with make its presence known at every party. But I was disappointed by some elements which Sony could have executed far better.
The Sony GTK-XB72 system is designed to provide both room-filling sound and visual excitement to parties. It is primarily designed as a Bluetooth speaker but it can also support other sources via stereo RCA connections, a built-in FM radio and a microphone input.
Here are the key features: • Powerful home audio system with multiple inputs • Two 160 mm (6.3”) woofers • Three 50 mm (2”) cone tweeters (only two active at any time) • Vertical or horizontal placement (position activates appropriate tweeters) • 30 watts per channel RMS power • Total Harmonic Distortion less than 0.7% • Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity with 33 foot range, supports up to three source devices simultaneously • NFC for easy connections • Multicolor LED line lighting on front, top, sides and speakers • Two strobe lights at the top and bottom of the main speaker pair • FM tuner: 87.5 MHz – 108.0 MHz (100 kHz steps), telescoping rod antenna, 20 preset stations available via Sony Music Center app • Extra Bass: enhances bass level • Live Sound: DSP enhances 3D spacial effect • Sony Music Center app may be used to control most speaker functions • Sony Fiestable app controls lighting effects and DJ sound effects • Party chain connectivity (to other Sony speakers) • Add speaker function to create L/R stereo speaker pair • R/L RCA analog inputs for other sources • R/L RCA analog outputs • 6.35 mm (1/4”) stereo microphone input with volume control, supports karaoke mode • USB-A 2.1 Amp input and charging power output • Built-in microphone for speakerphone function • Voice guidance system • Up/down volume buttons • Up/down FM tuning • 120v AC power only, 60 watt consumption • Dimensions: 13.6” wide x 14.9” deep x 25.8” tall • Weight: 27 pounds • Two carrying handles • One year warranty Included in the box are the speaker, AC power cord, quick start guide and instructions.
Setup is very easy. Just plug in the speaker, turn on the power and press the Bluetooth button to connect to your source. You can also listen to FM radio by selecting that input.
Once you plug it in, the light show begins (even before you turn it on.) LED line lights which frame the speakers cycle through various colors. The two main speakers also light up and have their own color patterns. In addition, two strobe lights begin flashing near the two handles of the unit (at the top and bottom or left and right, depending upon how you have the speaker oriented.) Sony certainly put some effort into the design of the lighting effects. They do add to the party atmosphere. Also my young niece and her friends loved them so they would be a hit for children’s rooms. For normal use of the speaker you can turn off the lighting effects. The Sony Fiestable app can provide further control over the lighting (and create DJ sound effects.) However, there does not seem to be any way to turn off the strobe light separately from the LED colored lights. That is a design flaw. Using just the LED lights the effect can be soothing but the strobe negates that benefit. Using both (LED and strobe) is fine for a party but most of the time this speaker is going to be used in calmer settings where a strobe is inappropriate.
How good is the sound reproduction? Unfortunately, it is only acceptable for loud, bass-heavy music that you might play at parties. For all other music the speaker just doesn’t do justice to vocals or instrumentals. I set up a small Sony Bluetooth speaker (the new XB-22) next to the big XB72 and alternated music output between the two. (See photo.) While the little XB22 could not match the bass of the XB72 its rendition of mid-range and high notes was far superior. This is really sad because I know that Sony can create great speakers. The XB72 should have been designed with a good three-way speaker set (bass, mid-range and tweeter) rather than the two woofers and bizarre set of three tweeters. Really, Sony, what did you save? $30? I cannot imagine why Sony went to the trouble to put in three cheap paper cone tweeters and a switching arrangement to direct output to only two at a time. The resulting stereo effect is just not worth the wiring. Why not just put in four decent small speakers at the corners, two of which would be true tweeters and two could be mid-range speakers?
The XB72 has most of its controls on the top (the exception is the volume control for the microphone which is hidden on the back, just above where the mic would plug in.) All controls on the top are pressure sensitive buttons. (See photo.) I am definitely not a fan of these controls. First, none are lighted and in a typically dark party setting you would need to hold a light over them to tell them apart. Even in normal room lighting the identifying text is faint and not easy to read.
The volume buttons (up/down) are really marginal. You have to press hard multiple times to change the volume level. If you had the speaker cranked up to a high volume the last time you used it (say at a party last night) and the next morning you want to listen to some music, the volume will resume at that extreme level and you have to scramble to reduce it before your neighbors pounds on your door with complaints. Why didn’t Sony just put a volume knob on the unit? It would be easier to use and you could find it in the dark.
Similarly, the FM tuner uses up/down tuning buttons. Using them, it takes forever to get to your favorite station. You can use the Sony Music Center to preset 20 stations but that is a complicated solution to an easy problem. Again, why not just put an FM tuning knob on the XB72? And, while I am whining about shortcomings, I should mention that an AM tuner would make sense on this speaker system. I could see using it to tune into a sports event (which are usually on the AM bands) and broadcasting the game to a yard full of friends while you grill the food.
Another solution to the control shortcomings would be to have a lighted LCD panel on the top with all controls accessible from it. It might cost a bit more but it would work and look very cool.
There were a few other minor issues I had with the speaker, none of which are deal-breakers but all added to the frustrations I had with the design decisions made by Sony. • First, the power cord included is very short. It really should be at least twice as long (10+ feet, rather than the roughly 4 foot length provided.) • The FM radio uses a cheap chrome-plated telescoping antenna rather building a good FM antenna into the body. This antenna will likely be an early casualty at a party. • Given that the speaker will probably be used in large rooms there should be some way to mount it on a wall or some other support. You really should be able to get the speaker off the floo, particularly since it has no water resistance of any kind.
Bottom line - the Sony GTK-XB72 audio system may be appropriate for a fairly narrow range of uses (e.g., blasting dance music at big parties) and for those who need that functionality I can certainly recommend it. But the severe flaws I noted above force me to give it no more than three stars.
Sony, you could resolve every one of my issues with just a few changes – I hope you read this and incorporate the needed improvements in the next generation of this potentially outstanding product.

The Sony XB22 wireless portable Bluetooth speaker is an update to the XB21 speaker. It is a surprisingly powerful unit with very nice sound quality and some great bonus features. Compared to the alternatives available it is one of the best values on the market.
This year Sony once again upgraded its line of wireless Bluetooth speakers with a family of three new units: XB12, XB22 and XB32. These have some similar features (Extra Bass, Live Sound mode, water and dust proof case, inter-speaker connectivity, lighting effects) but differ in speaker size, battery life and price. The largest (XB32) is 9.4 inches long, weighs 2 pounds and has two 48 mm speakers. The midsize (XB22) is 8 inches long, weighs 1.2 pounds and has two 42 mm speakers. The smallest (XB12) is 3.6 inches long, weighs 9 ounces pounds and has one 46 mm speaker. The XB32 costs about 1.5 times the XB22 and the XB12 costs about 40% less than the XB31. There are advantages to each but this review will concentrate on the XB22.
After extensive testing of the Sony XB22 speaker in a wide variety of applications my conclusion is that this very compact unit has a superb combination of features, power and sound quality which surpass the vast majority of its competitors in its price range.
First, consider that the Sony XB22 is packed with a great set of features and specifications: • It is very compact, 8” wide, 2.9” tall and 2.7” deep • Weight: 1pound, 3 ounces and feels very solidly built • Shock-resistant: Survives 4 foot drop test • IP67 rating: Water proof in up to 3 feet of fresh or salt water for 30 minutes • Dust proof and easy to clean • Two 42 mm (1.7 inch) Mica Reinforced Cellular speakers plus two passive radiators • Amplifier provides 4 watts of power for each speaker (at 4 ohms) • Frequency range: 300 Hz to 15,000 Hz • Total Harmonic Distortion of just 1% • Sensitive microphone for use as speaker phone • Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity with 33 foot range • NFC for easy connections • Mini jack (3.5 mm) input (to connect other sources) • Power supply: lithium ion battery, micro USB recharge cable included, full charge time 4 hours • Battery life up to 12 hours (6 hours at maximum volume level) • Lighting effects can be turned off entirely to extend battery life • Sony Music Center app may be used to control most speaker functions • One year parts and labor warranty
The XB22 differs in a few respects from last year’s XB21. It is slightly longer and the exterior has a fabric grill surface over the front speaker area. The rest of the exterior has a rubberized surface compared to the all fabric surface of the XB21 with the “Sony” name more prominent. The sides are flatter than the XB21 making vertical placement more stable. It also has a separate control for the “Live” DSP setting. The back has an open grill which seems to improve the performance of the passive radiators and deepens the bass.
The sound produced by this speaker is distortion-free and steady at both low and very high volumes. The twin speakers are slightly angled toward each other to increase the stereo effect and it has a DSP for a “3D Live Sound Mode.” The XB22 has considerable bass due to the passive radiators employed. It also has a feature called “Extra Bass” which increases the bass significantly which you can activate if you really want to emphasize the deep tones in your music but I found that the normal setting produced a better overall sound for most music.
The Bluetooth connection was effortless and solid from every device I tried (phone, tablet, laptop). It held the connection steady up to about 35 feet from my music source.
One nice bonus feature is the ability to connect a chain of up to 100 Sony speakers which can extend your music throughout a large home or provide multiple sound sources in the same room.
Another use for the speaker is to create a high quality speaker phone by linking it to your phone – much better sound than using your phone’s tiny speakers for conversations. The built-in microphone was very effective for this purpose.
The bottom line on this sturdy, waterproof speaker is that is provides excellent sound quality from a very compact body at a very affordable price. I endorse it without reservation!

Marshall Amplification is the best known designer and manufacturer of professional music amplifiers and stage speakers. Its classic “Marshall” script on the grill cloth is a guarantee that the equipment is top quality and will produce, as Pete Townshend noted, “sizzling sound with crunch!” Since 2010 Marshall has worked closely with Sweden’s top-rated Zound Industries to create consumer versions of its equipment. This review will focus on the latest of these collaborations, the Marshall Stockwell II wireless portable Bluetooth speaker, a surprisingly powerful unit with amazing sound quality and some great bonus features.
After extensive testing of the Stockwell II speaker in a wide variety of applications my conclusion is that this very compact unit has a superb combination of features, power and sound quality which far surpass the vast majority of its competitors in its price range.
First, consider that the Stockwell II is packed with a great set of features and specifications: • Bi-directional stereophonic sound radiation • Maximum sound level 80 dBA • Frequency range: 60 Hz to 20,000 Hz • 100mm woofer/main speaker, two 20mm dome tweeters, plus passive reflex radiators to create deeper bass • 3 Class D Amplifiers provide 10 watts of power for main speaker and 5 watts of power for each dome tweeter • Volume, Bass and Treble analog controls • Very compact: 7.1” tall, 6.3” wide, 2.8” deep • Weight: 3 pounds and feels very solidly built • Shock-resistant: Survives 2 foot drop test • Silicon exterior provides IPX 4 certified water resistance (protection from water splashed on it from any direction for at least 5 minutes) and it is very easy to clean • Total Harmonic Distortion of less than 1% • Bluetooth 5.0 aptX connectivity with multi-host functionality • 3.5 mm external input • Power supply: lithium polymer battery, USB-C 5V-12V recharge cable included • Battery life: 20+ hours (12+ hours at maximum volume level), fast recharge time • One year warranty on parts and labor
The Stockwell II comes securely packaged in a fabric cover within a shock-resistant storage box. Included is a simple illustrated getting started brochure, the usual safety warnings and a USB-C charging cable.
The Stockwell II speaker is very solid and quite attractive in an old school, rock concert stage style. It can survive the usual rough handling that portable Bluetooth speakers have to endure. The IPX 4 rating means you can splash it with water for up to 5 minutes from any direction. And the tight weave on the silicon speaker fabric and other surfaces makes it very easy to clean. The USB-C charging port is located on the right side, just above the 3.5 mm stereo input connection. You can attach the charging cable and it will be unobtrusive while you use the speaker. But the long battery life (20+ hours) and high-speed USB-C charging rate means that you won’t be recharging very often. The controls are very simple. The top has a Bluetooth connecting pressure switch, three big, analog knobs to adjust volume, bass and treble and a bar gauge indicating the battery charge. There is also a very nice, wide carrying strap which you can attach to the brass knobs on each side. The total package says quality, simplicity, very high cool quotient.
The Bluetooth connection was effortless and solid from every device I tried (phone, tablet, laptop). It held the connection steady up to about 50 feet from my music source (with no walls or other blockages in-between.) As noted, you also have the option of connecting a non-Bluetooth source with a 3.5 mm stereo cable.
OK, so that’s the basics, but the big question is, how does it sound?
In a word – amazing!
I played a wide variety of music on the Stockwell II unit. Everything from 1950s jazz classics, 1960s rock and Motown standards, 1970s heavy metal to recent classical music masterpieces. Everything was reproduced with great fidelity and with a warm, rich body that no other Bluetooth speaker I have ever used could match. Bass lines had a very satisfying thump, mid-range tones were silky smooth and high notes could shatter crystal. I was very impressed that this compact unit had such range and power!
The sound quality is largely due to the superb engineering of Marshall and Zound. The big 100 mm (4”) main speaker driver is directed at the rear of the unit and the two dome tweeters fire through the front surface. Bass is not really perceived as directional – most of the stereo effect comes from the mid-range and high notes which the tweeters produce. Having the large speaker facing the back surface frees up space for the tweeters to work more effectively. Just put your hand on the front and rear of this speaker and you can really feel the difference – a massive thumping on the back and the energy of high frequencies on the front surface. Passive reflex radiators also help to distribute the sound through both faces.
There are a few elements which are not perfect. First, the maximum volume is 80 dB – adequate but not overwhelming. Some Bluetooth speakers are rated as 90 dB (twice as loud as 80 dB.) Turn the volume all the way up and it is room-filling sound but not room-shaking sound. The old Spinal Tap joke about turning the knob up to 11 definitely does not apply here. Second, the Bass and Treble controls may confuse some. They are marked from 0 to 10 but 5 is really neutral. Below 5 and the tone is attenuated, above 5 and the effect is enhanced. Just set both at 5 and then work from there to get the sound profile you like best. Third, the unit is not really interactive with your source. You can’t skip to the next song from the speaker, nor can you adjust the source volume from the speaker, only the speaker’s volume. This is not really a big deal but if you are used to the interactive nature of most Bluetooth speakers just be aware of this minor limitation.
On the plus side, the use of USB-C for charging means that the Stockwell II is future-tech compatible. You can charge other devices by plugging in to the power in/out port on the side and the massive battery will bring your other devices back to life quickly. The battery meter is easy to read and leaves no doubt about the charge level. The elegant carrying strap makes moving the speaker around very comfortable, but it can be removed or just flipped down if you don’t like its look. The 3.5 mm input gives you the option of playing other sources through this great speaker. Most Bluetooth speakers have a similar port but this is a speaker good enough to actually make you want to use it!
After living with the Marshall Stockwell II Bluetooth speaker for a couple of weeks I can confidently state that it is one of the best values on the market. It has my whole-hearted and enthusiastic recommendation!

Logitech, well-known for its ultra-reliable computer peripherals like mice and keyboards, has a superb portfolio of audio and video equipment subsidiaries. Among these is Ultimate Ears which started as a supplier of custom in-ear monitors for Van Halen, The Rolling Stones, Faith Hill and other famous professional musicians. In the past three years Ultimate Ears has created a new line of wireless/Bluetooth speakers. The latest of these are the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 and MegaBoom 3 wireless portable Bluetooth speakers. This review will focus on the Boom 3 speaker, a surprisingly powerful unit with very nice sound quality and some great bonus features.
After extensive testing of the Boom 3 speaker in a wide variety of applications my conclusion is that this very compact unit has a superb combination of features, power and sound quality which surpass the vast majority of its competitors in its price range.
First, consider that the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 is packed with a great set of features and specifications: • Spatial 360 degree stereophonic sound radiation • Maximum sound level 90 dBA (VERY LOUD!) • Frequency range: 90 Hz to 20,000 Hz • Two 38mm drivers, Two 40mm x 80mm passive radiators • Amplifier provides 10 watts of power for each speaker (at 4 ohms) • It is very compact, 7.2” tall, 2.9” diameter • Weight: 1 pound, 5 ounces and feels very solidly built • Shock-resistant: Survives 4 foot drop test • IP67 certified water proof in fresh or salt water to 3 foot depth for 30 minutes and it floats! • Dust proof and tight-weave on fabric exterior is very easy to clean • Total Harmonic Distortion of just 1% • Bluetooth connectivity with up to 150 foot range • Power supply: lithium ion battery, micro USB recharge cable included • Battery life up to 15 hours (6 hours at maximum volume level), recharge time 2.75 hours • Supports wireless charging with optional Power Up stand • Ultimate Ears app may be used to control all speaker functions • Two year limited warranty
The Boom 3 comes very nicely packaged in a slip cover and beautiful storage box wrapped in great artwork. Included is an elegantly simple illustrated getting started brochure, the usual safety warnings (Don’t smack yourself in the head with it! Don’t try to swallow it! Blah, blah, blah …), and one of the nicest micro-USB cables you are likely to find. There is also a link to the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 app.
Most electronic devices today offer phone apps and most of those apps are a waste of your phone’s memory and screen space. But the Ultimate Ears app is one that you will want to download. It gives access to a nice equalizer, “PartyUp” – a way to connect up to 150 Boom 3 speakers in a daisy chain to really add sound to your party, “Block Party – a means to allow multiple phones to link into your speaker so that each can play their own music, one touch access to your own playlists, a full owner’s manual and FAQ. Lots of good stuff and all of it very well explained.
The Boom 3 speaker is very solid and quite attractive. It can survive the usual rough handling that portable speakers have to endure. The IP67 rating means you can submerge it in 3 feet of water for 30 minutes without problems and it is essentially dust proof. It will float if you knock it into the pool or toss it in the lake. And the tight weave on the iridescent fabric makes it very easy to clean. The USB charging port is carefully sealed behind a block of rubber at the back. You can attach the charging cable and it will be unobtrusive while you use the speaker or you can buy the optional wireless charging dock. But the long battery life (15 hours) means that you won’t be recharging very often. The controls are very simple. The top has on/off and Bluetooth connecting pressure switches, positioned on either side of the “Magic Button” which controls play, pause, skip and access to playlists. My favorite controls, however, are the great big volume controls on the front. You won’t fumble around looking for the up/down volume controls because they are a bigger-than-life plus and minus sign. Very cool. There is also a little loop tab at the back of the top which can be used to hang the speaker or secure it with a carabiner.
The Bluetooth connection was effortless and solid from every device I tried (phone, tablet, laptop). It held the connection steady up to about 90 feet from my music source. The claim of 150 feet for Bluetooth connection range is optimistic unless you have an absolutely clear line of sight between source and speaker. But realistically, when would you ever need that kind of range?
One nice bonus feature is the ability to connect a chain of up to 150 Boom 3 or MegaBoom 3 speakers which can extend your music throughout a large home or provide multiple sound sources in the same room. If you add just one speaker they function as traditional left/right stereo speakers.
OK, so that’s the basics, but the big question is, how does it sound?
In a word – awesome!
My ultimate test for a speaker is to play a complex jazz classic on it and compare that sound to the very expensive reference speakers on my old school, top-of-the-line stereo system. For the Boom 3 test I chose the album, “Kind of Blue” by Miles Davis, perhaps the greatest jazz recording of all time. It features the Hall-of-Fame legends, Miles on trumpet, John Coltrane on tenor sax, Bill Evans on piano, Cannonball Adderly on alto sax, Paul Chambers on bass, Jimmy Cobb on drums – a dream team before anyone ever thought up the term, playing some of the most important jazz compositions ever created.
With this amazing music the Boom 3 showed me what it can really do. The Miles trumpet solos were clean and bright, I could literally feel the bass strumming and drum solos as though they were right in front of me, the piano riffs were perfect and the brilliance of Cannonball and Trane was undiminished. The Boom 3 transported me back to that historic 1959 recording date. If I walked into my study and turned on my five figure stereo system to the same music I might be able to isolate some minor differences from the reproduction achieved by the Boom 3. But considering the cost differential, I could buy four Boom 3 speakers to play this music simultaneously for perhaps 5% of the cost of my main system. And if I did that I am not sure that I would be able to consistently tell the difference even in pieces like “Kind of Blue” for which I know every note. I really cannot give this wonderful Boom 3 speaker a higher compliment than that.
Compared to the alternatives available I believe that the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Bluetooth speaker is one of the best values on the market. It has my whole-hearted and enthusiastic recommendation!

The Fnatic Clutch 2 is the latest gaming mouse from one of the world’s leaders in eSports. Fnatic was founded in 2004 and is best known for its championship League of Legends and Counter-Strike eSports teams. In the past few years Fnatic has begun supplying gear designed specifically for professional gamers.
The Fnatic Clutch 2 is a right-handed high performance gaming mouse designed to deliver three key attributes: reliability, comfort and accuracy. It is ergonometric ally-designed to provide both control and comfort during long gaming sessions. The rather tall (43.4mm) central curve fits perfectly in your palm and the 65.7mm width will accommodate even very narrow hands. The very large Teflon pads on the base insure smooth, precise movements over any surface. It is ruggedly built with polycarbonate, ABS and texturized rubber to take all of the punishment that hard-core gamers might inflict.
Visually, the Clutch 2 is a restrained but very attractive design with a nice muted black rubberized body with non-slip sides, a touch of changing RGB colors at the scrolling wheel and left-side Fnatic logo and a contrasting yellow-orange base. This is not a mouse that screams, “Look at me, I’m a 14 year-old geek and I need lots of bright colors and angles in every part of my gaming gear!” The Fnatic logo says all you need to tell the world, “I know what I am doing and demand the best in my equipment.” Overall, the impression is very sophisticated, high tech and would be just as much at home in an investment banker’s office as in a college dorm.
Here are the key specifications: • Fnatic Clutch 2 Full Size Pro E-Sports Gaming Mouse (Model MS0002001) • Pixart 3360 optical sensor • Omron D2FC-F-K (50M) switches • NXP MCU • 8 MB memory • Max 12000 CPI resolution • 100 CPI /step resolution increments • 250 IPS speed • 50G maximum acceleration • Up to 12,000 frames/second • 1000 Hz polling rate/1 ms response rate • Lift detection options (2mm or 3mm) • RGB control • 6 Mappable buttons • Custom macros • Adjustable CPI/DPI on the fly • Fnatic OP eSports software • Texturized rubber, polycarbonate and ABS • Size: 131.9mm long x 65.7mm wide x 43.4mm height • Cable: 1.8 meters long • Weight: 97 grams • Two year warranty
The optical sensor used in the Clutch 2 is the best available. In a top quality gaming mouse you want optical (LED), not laser illumination. The reason for this choice is that optical sensors track much more accurately over all surfaces. Laser mice are fine for uniform, hard, surfaces but begin to show resolution errors of 5-6% on softer surfaces. Optical mice with top quality sensors have resolution errors of much less than 1%. The Clutch 2 optical sensor can process up to 12,000 frames per second and boasts an adjustable CPI (Count per inch) of up to 12,000. That means that you can set the mouse to move up to 12,000 pixels for each inch the mouse moves. In reality, you would probably never set the CPI above 3,000 and most use settings of 1,200 to 2,000.
But excellence in two other measures is necessary to achieve greatness in a gaming mouse. IPS (Inches per second) is the effective speed of the mouse – the maximum movement rate at which the mouse can track movement. The Clutch 2 has an outstanding 250 IPS. The final factor is the maximum acceleration at which the mouse can accurately track. 30G (30 times the force of gravity) is considered excellent. But the Clutch 2 can handle a mind-blowing 50G acceleration rate. Put it all together (superb optical sensor, amazing CPI, stellar IPS and king-of-the-hill acceleration) and you can see why pro gamers designed and love this mouse.
Finally, the best gaming mice are all wired, not wireless. Why? The tiny lag in processing the signal of a wireless mouse interferes with game play at the highest level and also reduces the all-important accuracy essential to dominating your opponents. The Clutch 2 has a 1.8 meter wire and that wire is carefully coated to minimize friction and insure durability.
OK, that’s a lot of numbers and technical jargon but the bottom line is that you will find this gaming mouse very capable of out-performing anything you currently own in any situation. Download the free Fnatic OP software to easily customize the six buttons, x-CPI, y- CPI, lighting effects and other performance options and save your combination in one of three profiles. Fire up a graphics-intensive game, select the profile you have selected for that game and your Clutch 2 gaming mouse will come alive, roaring with power and giving you the satisfaction that you made a great choice.
Even if you spend the majority of your computer time doing boring (but money-making) activities like spreadsheets, word processing, coding or just web browsing you will still find the features of this superb mouse a great aid in those endeavors. Plus, you will smile inwardly, knowing that you can instantly turn into the king of gamers at will!
When you consider all of its power and functionality you will agree that the price of the Fnatic Clutch 2 is an amazing bargain. I can enthusiastically recommend it for both serious gamers and for power users of all other software!

This Acer Chromebook shows what can be accomplished when perfectionist visual designers merge their efforts with great engineers. It is simply, an amazing package of technology and functionality, wrapped in a stunning and sturdy brushed silver aluminum body. You will be proud to carry this beauty into any setting and confident that it will deliver the performance you need for almost any Chromebook task.
Last year Acer introduced a great 15” Chromebook and when I tried it out I was shocked to find that the slim and very versatile device could do things that my lifelong devotion to Windows computers had not considered possible. Now Acer has made numerous substantial improvements in that device and once again I find myself in the VVW user category. (Very, Very Wowed!)
Here are the key physical specifications: • Acer Spin 15 (Model: CP315 1H-P1K8) • Intel Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake) 1.1 GHz (2.5 GHz burst speed) Quad Core Processor • 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM • 64 GB Flash Solid State Drive • Intel 505 Graphics Processor (shared memory) • 15.6” IPS 10 point touch screen Cine Crystal LED, Gorilla Glass surface • Full HD (1920x1080) display with up to 2400x1350 resolution • 3 cell 4670 mAh lithium polymer battery (14,010 mAh total capacity) • Backlit keyboard, large touchpad • Wide-View (88 degrees) HDR Webcam with Dual Microphones • 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 3.1C ports, 3.5 mm headset/speaker connection, Micro SD slot • 2 large upward-facing speakers • 802.11 AC/MIMO Wireless LAN connectivity • Bluetooth 4.2 • Size: 15.20” wide x 10.34” deep x 0.79” thick • Weight: 4.9 pounds
Compared to last year’s model, the biggest change is that Acer has added four-way screen capability. Of course you can use it as a normal laptop. But you can swing the screen back 270 degrees to allow it to be used as a presentation device. Fold it back further and you can set up the Chromebook like a tent for watching videos (see photo.) Finally, you can flip the screen completely around to create a jumbo tablet (see photo.) When you fold the screen back the keyboard is automatically disabled and an on-screen keyboard pops up when needed.
Some may question the functionality of a 15.6” tablet but I found it just great for reading online newspapers and many other uses. I have a nice 10” Fire tablet but find myself using this Acer Chromebook for many of the uses which were previously handled by that device. Sure it is heavier, but the screen area is about 2.5 times as large which makes so many tasks much easier and more efficient.
But the real joy comes from watching Netflix or Amazon Video on this Chromebook. It has much improved speakers compared to last year’s model, the video display is beautiful and the battery life is just incredible. To test the battery I set up Netflix to play continuously. This is perhaps the most power-demanding task you can ask of a laptop. The wireless connection, image processing, video display and speakers all require substantial power. A typical Windows laptop is lucky to get three hours of such use from a fully-charged battery. However, this new Acer Chromebook ran episode after episode of a Netflix series with full volume and a very bright screen for nearly eleven straight hours before the battery was discharged!
Besides wonderful flexibility of the four-way display and that amazing battery life Acer has also doubled the SSD storage capacity to 64 GB and added Gorilla Glass to protect the screen from scratches.
As a review of the specifications will demonstrate, this Acer Chromebook has nearly every feature that you would want. The screen is a gorgeous HD (normally 1920x1080 but also supports up to 2400x1350) 15.6” Cine Crystal LED with excellent touch control. It has two powerful speakers facing up on either side of the lighted keyboard, a nice wide-view HDR webcam for video chats and a sensitive microphone for voice control. It is very thin – when closed it is 0.79 inches – not much thicker than an iPhone in a case!
The WiFi connection is a long-range and very reliable 802.11AC/MIMO and it has two USB 3.1C ports (which are also the external display and power adapter connection points) along with two USB 3.0. It also has Bluetooth and GoogleCast. A nice bonus is that the power transformer is very compact.
The Quad-Core Pentium gives plenty of processing power for all Chromebook tasks. I know that some Chromebooks have Intel i5 processors but frankly, that is a waste. You are not running a real operating system or doing heavy data manipulation on a Chromebook and the more powerful Intel microprocessors just drain the battery quickly. A 64 GB SSD may not seem large but it is more than enough to store ten HD movies plus all of the apps you are likely to need. Again, you are probably not going to be storing much on the laptop. Most users will rely upon the essentially infinite storage capacity of Google for their files.
How well does it work? Just as beautiful as it looks! It powers up instantly, connects to your WiFi network effortlessly and holds that connection regardless of how far you are from the access point thanks to the AC/MIMO technology. There is no fan so the laptop is elegantly silent in use. It is very light – less than 5 pounds, nicely balanced with a great lighted keyboard and big touchpad.
Coming from a Windows background I had to learn the Chrome approach to launching programs. No desktop icons – just links to installed apps on the start page, but you can set those small mini-icons into the “shelf” (equivalent to the Windows taskbar.)
Chromebooks do not need anti-virus software because you are not really running a full operating system locally, just accessing Google’s Linux-based OS. This eliminates most problems that plague Windows laptops.
Hundreds of useful applications, entertainment options and games are available for free from the Google Store. Besides Google Docs, the Microsoft Office suite is available for free as an online application. Think of this laptop as the ultimate tablet since you can run almost any Android app, easily browse the web, run Office applications, listen to music, watch videos, shop and do it all with the benefit of a real keyboard rather than trying to tap away at a screen. If you have a Google Cast TV you can easily connect it wirelessly and enjoy everything on your big video display.
The cost of this Chromebook is about 12% more than last year’s model but the wealth of improvements and beautiful new design make that a tremendous bargain. I enthusiastically recommend this new Acer Chromebook!

Explore a new world of personalized home theater audio. The SRS-NS7 Wireless Neckband Speaker uses Sony~s 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer technology to envelop you in the rich audio of your favorite shows and movies, while being unobtrusive to others in your home.
Can you hook the transmitter up to an AVR? If you can, will you lose any of the features? I have a surround sound system, but late at night I would want to use the NS7 so as not to disturb the family.
I have a 7.1.4 sound bar system that is connected to my TV through the HDMI Arc port. I added the SRS-NS7 transmitter to my TV by connecting it to the optical digital audio output and powered the transmitter at the USB port of the TV. This provides a signal to the neckband speaker which is independent of the sound bar. I can use the sound bar, the neckbad speaker or both together. If I want to minimize sound for others I just mute the sound bar and listen to just the neckband speaker. It works fine that way but even better when I listen to it and the sound bar as the same time.

This is definitely not a pizza oven! Most frozen pizzas are 11 inches in diameter and "rising crust" pizzas are about 12 inches in diameter. The included "pizza pan" is only 9.2 inches interior diameter. You cannot use this air fryer to bake standard frozen pizzas.
Clean hard floors and rugs with this BISSEL CrossWave Cordless Max multisurface wet/dry vacuum. The multisurface design vacuums and washes floors simultaneously, and the powerful battery offers up to 30 minutes of use per charge. This BISSEL CrossWave Cordless Max multisurface wet/dry vacuum includes a docking station that charges the battery and automatically cleans out dirt and debris.
How is this wet/dry vacumm with long dog hair? Does it get caught in that tiny filter or does it filter through to the dirty water ?. I have to vacumm balls of hair everyday.
I have a Yorkie who has very long hair. The Crosswave Cordless does a great job of picking up any hair on the ground and it is trapped by the strainer or loosely wrapped around the roller brush. I have had no problem cleaning with this great unit.
