It's hard to Keep a series funny and exciting for a 9th season: Big Bang succeeds, kinda. Two couples now married and Amy & Sheldon are committed, so there's a lot of almost suffocating domesticity and nagging. Raj is the bright spot, dating two girls at the same time, hilarious ! Sheldon's "Meemaw" finally visits, and isn't a sweet lil' old lady! Comic book guy appears throughout the season, and they paint him a little too weird at times. Couldn't give this five stars, it's lacking the LOL bodaciousness of previous seasons, but they're still like -able and often funny.

Stay warm no matter how low the office thermostat is set with this Insignia compact ceramic heater. It didn't dazzle me, but upon further examination, I saw that Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine also are in it: it turned out to have a good plot twist and an interesting denouement. Well it's Season Four and he's been President now for a little while... he needs a new goal. And I don't see him finding a new goal. BUT, his wife has a goal, a career, a very serious career, and the season is spent on climbing toward that. Some intrigue, with the Russian Premier, instead of Congress and their staff. It's less suspenseful than previous seasons. Season Five better come up with something really good, or this series will disappear. Ellen Burstyn is great as the mother-in-law.

Cameron Diaz stars in this, with 2 other non-famous actresses. All 3 learn that one guy is two-timing all 3 of them, and they start a payback program. Diaz is convincing as a party girl, and the other 2 are fine. It's not Shakespeare nor strong drama, but if you just want lighthearted fun, this is a good film. It's also good for a party, you don't have to catch every scene. And, there's no violence or guns, yay.

If you weren't around when Super Fly the movie came out, well you were missing something. Curtis Mayfield wrote and performed the theme song and just typified the style of the Fly (a cool dude in pimp clothes). Curtis was just ahead of his time. It might take you 4 or 5 listens to get used to his sound, but then you'll never want to junk this CD, it's timeless.

Adults will probably like it; it's not great for little kids, they just won't get the literal jokes, but it won't warp their minds. It has a wild complex plot and is kind of like the Pink Panther in that way, with the most bizarre characters. It's a good movie for a group of people after-dinner, lots to discuss about it.
