Deceptive Stock Photos....

I can't comment on how well this unit works, because I didn't keep long enough to test it. However I can comment on the fact that LG really should consider using more accurate photos for thier appliances, in particular their microwaves. This particular model, based on the photos, gives the impression that the keypad features white numbers/names, etc. This couldn't be further from the truth. When I recevied mine and installed it, the keypad digits are actually grey in color, over a black background, made it extremely diffciult to see clearly unless standing up-close to it. In no way is the keypad in the stock photos an indication of what it looks like on an actual unit. I quickly returned it and got a different LG model that does in fact feature a white keypad. I am a big fan of LG, all of my new appliances are LG (first time customer) and my soon to be television will be LG as well, the only thing that bothers me is deceptive photos that don't truly represent the product.

Barcode Removal & Other Tips for Collectors

For those who qualified to get this case here is some helpful info:
1. Not all steelbooks come shrinkwrapped, in the case of this one, they aren't shinkwrapped.
2. There are reports of these shipping with bar code stickers. They should not sticker an item that is not shrinkrapped as the sticker can cause damage, as some are experiencing. The best way to remove these stickers without damaging the case is to heat up the sticker, with a heat gun or hold under a lamp. Don't have it too close or too hot, you just want to heat/warm it up enough so the adhesive material on the back of the sticker looses up and then you can peel off the sticker SLOWLY. Any residue left over Goo Gone should work to remove any of it.
3. Packaging needs improvement when these ship out, yes everyone agrees on that. The people who pack these don't understand that these are a collectible to many. If you log into your Best Buy account and go to "Orders" see if yours has shipped out, if it hasn't, you may have the ability to change yours for local store pick-up as most stores are getting some inventory in this weekend (April 9th) based on what the site says and when they ship to the stores they generally come in with regular stock on their delivery trucks and are in better condition.
Just some helpful tips, hope this all helps everyone.

Someone needs to remind Best Buy they are charging $200 over the MSRP price set by LG which is $1799.99 for the CX 55". The bigger CX 65" model has an MSRP of $2799.99 which is what Best Buy is charging but the 55" they have listed or $1999.99. Perhaps an error with their site, but anyone who paid $1999.99 is paying $200 over what they should have. Just an FYI.....

So this movie I bought was $32.99 only a blue ray and 4k DVD version. Don't get me wrong the movie is great but my two biggest issues with it were there was no Digital copy of it and when I buy blue ray, DVD, and Digital copy it's the same price as this movie. Usually with blue ray or 4K DVD, DVD and with Digital copy being this price I completely understand and it's ok because come on you get three things in one DVD stuff but it only comes in two like the 4K version and Blue-ray that's kinda too expensive of this DVD player. So that's my biggest issue with it. It doesn't come with a digital copy and it's too expensive without the Digital copy.

It's Blu-ray, not Blue-ray. The reason there is no digital copy is because HBO wants people to stream it on their service and have people subscribe to that. If a film will feature a digital copy insert it will state so on the front of the packaging so future reference if you don't see it mentioned on the packaging, chances are there won't be one inside.

Only preordered from bestbuy to get the steelbook, when I pick it up they tell me there’s no steelbook bonus, which is a lie.

When the game was first put up for pre-order on the Best Buy website back in January 2021 the steelbook pre-order incentive was for both versions of the game, standard and deluxe. I noticed up until a few months before the game's release it was still showing as such but then the incentive was removed from the Deluxe version so anyone who had pre-ordered either version would have gotten it, but those who pre-ordered the deluxe version within the past few months it wasn't available as a pre-order. Also, the steelbook is shipping separately from the game so if you qualified at the time you pre-ordered, it still could show up in the mail. Best thing to do is log into your Best Buy account, go to "orders" and check your order for the game, the steelbook should be listed there and may give you an update on if it is shipping by itself. If you qualified and still don't get one, contact customer service over the phone.

Only reason I bought the game through best buy was for the steel book. Shipped separately from the game itself and arrived before it, which is strange. When I opened the package there was no plastic seal on the case itself, instead it had a barcode sticker on the back of it kind of ruining the point of this decorative case. On top of that there is an inch long scratch on the front of my case, and the case doesnt quite shut right, almost like the front and back are misaligned.

That isn't true there have been plenty of steelbooks that have come shrink-wrapped, which is done by the manufacturer of the steelbooks not Best Buy. Elden Ring, Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy, Ghostwire Tokyo and Halo Infinite are all recent examples of steelbook cases that did come shrinkwrapped. Cyberpunk 2077 however wasn't. The scratches can be avoided if all steelbooks would be shinkwrapped at time of manufacture, but some aren't.

As of today, you can go in store and order the steelbook to have it shipped for $9.99. For some reason you cant on the app but if you go in store and they input the sku number, then they can. Got one today for myself. Just a tip for those who missed the preorder window.

LG has done it again with its latest OLED TV, the LG C3. This ultra-slim TV is succeeding the highly regarded LG C2, and it’s already shaping up to be a contender for one of the best TVs of 2023.
The LG C3 features a slim design with a composite back and thin bezels, making it a sleek and elegant addition to any living room. The TV comes in a range of screen sizes from 42in to 83in, so you can find the perfect fit for your space. Additionally, the stand that comes with the TV is almost identical to its predecessor, but now there's an optional bracket designed for the SC9S Dolby Atmos soundbar that turns with the TV.

Reads more like a copy-and-paste review from a professional site than a typical BB customer who purchased it for themselves. Still, a person can't go wrong with the C3 if they want the latest and greatest, despite the fact that LG made only very slight changes to it over the C2 models from 2022. The biggest difference between the C2 and the C3 is the price. Save some money and go with the C2, or if you must have the newest television, and money is not an issue, the C3 is the way to go, unless you want to get the G3 where LG mad most of the changes for 2023.

No dts anymore, and no dolby vision on chip anymore means this tv is completely worthless. Dolby is a joke when it comes to consumers. They are always trying to squeeze their customers for every last penny they have it seems like.

If you selected in-store pickup then yes they should email you directly when it is available for you to get it. Since the release date is 9/1 for the Constellation Edition, stores will have them more than likely days, if not a week before, but they aren't allowed to sell them until 9/1. Keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folder around the day or two before 9/1 but it should route to your inbox nonetheless.

Does the key get emailed to you upon release? Or do you have to wait the extra few days for shipping? Ideally it is emailed because that defeats the purpose of 5 days early access.
Best Buy and other retailers will more than likely ship these out so they get in the hands of those who purchased on 9/1/23, however be advised it says "up to 5 days early access" instead of "5 days early access" which means they are giving themselves a protective buffer from people getting upset if they only get to play two earliers due to shipping delays, etc.

Is there a way to set notifications to alert me for when this product will be available again for pre-order?
Best thing to do is add the item to your "Saved items" and check there when you can, I don't think they restock (IF they have more to offer) late at night, but check throughout the day when you can. When I have seen them go live is in the later mornings around 11am pacific time but they literally could offer them at anytime, that is "IF" Best Buy has more allocations yet to offer their customers.

Will they get anymore available? In a matter of minutes they were all gone.
The Bethesda collector's edtions they offer are always very limited in nature and the demand outweighs the supply. It is hard to say if Best Buy can secure more to offer to customers, they could either be releasing them in "waves" to thier customers or they have already ran out of thier allocation through previous pre-orders. There is a chance they also are working with Bethesda to get more available, its all completely random as to when more, again IF anymore are available, to BB customers.

Everytime I’m in the waitlist and it says checking for available inventory it kicks me out, what’s the deal?? it’s done that 4 times already
There is no waitlist with Best Buy. Did you mean the Bethesda Shop webstore? They offer a waitlist whereas they email everyone when (or rather "if") they offer more. Best Buy does not offer that. It is entirely random to my knowledge unless they have put in a place a similiar waiting list notification but I don't see anything like that on my screen. I see "Coming Soon" which is a common placeholder Best Buy uses. It already was offered on announcement day which was last Sunday and then more were offered Monday and then again on Tuesday. How many Best Buy has to offer to their customers is only knowledge Best Buy and Bethesda has, that info isn't shared to customers. Remember this is a very limited edition and while more may be come available, there is a chance that all pre-orders have taken up the allocated stock Best Buy has. I would recommend to keep watching the Best Buy site, if you go to the product listing and click "Save" it will add it to your saved items section and then you can go straight there to check it every so often. When I have seen them up for per-order it has been in the late morning around 11am pacific time but that isn't a guarantee, they could release stock (IF they have more) at any time. Good luck though and keep trying when you can, it may pay off and you are one of the lucky ones.

Does this come with a physical game disk ? I see it says physical but then I see in the picture it also says digital download! I really hope this is a disk we don't spend our hard earned money on digital nonsense and we will definitely be heartbroken
User "Anonymous" is incorrect. The Constellation Edition does not include a physical disc of the game. It is a digital download. In my opinion, since they are including a SteelBook case which is designed to hold a game disc, it would have made more sense for it to include the base game on an actual disc, since they are hyping the other "physical" goodies that this edition has included, just unsure why they opted not to include an actual disc for collectors to keep in the case and in the special box when they aren't playing.
