Deceptive Stock Photos....

I can't comment on how well this unit works, because I didn't keep long enough to test it. However I can comment on the fact that LG really should consider using more accurate photos for thier appliances, in particular their microwaves. This particular model, based on the photos, gives the impression that the keypad features white numbers/names, etc. This couldn't be further from the truth. When I recevied mine and installed it, the keypad digits are actually grey in color, over a black background, made it extremely diffciult to see clearly unless standing up-close to it. In no way is the keypad in the stock photos an indication of what it looks like on an actual unit. I quickly returned it and got a different LG model that does in fact feature a white keypad. I am a big fan of LG, all of my new appliances are LG (first time customer) and my soon to be television will be LG as well, the only thing that bothers me is deceptive photos that don't truly represent the product.

Barcode Removal & Other Tips for Collectors

For those who qualified to get this case here is some helpful info:
1. Not all steelbooks come shrinkwrapped, in the case of this one, they aren't shinkwrapped.
2. There are reports of these shipping with bar code stickers. They should not sticker an item that is not shrinkrapped as the sticker can cause damage, as some are experiencing. The best way to remove these stickers without damaging the case is to heat up the sticker, with a heat gun or hold under a lamp. Don't have it too close or too hot, you just want to heat/warm it up enough so the adhesive material on the back of the sticker looses up and then you can peel off the sticker SLOWLY. Any residue left over Goo Gone should work to remove any of it.
3. Packaging needs improvement when these ship out, yes everyone agrees on that. The people who pack these don't understand that these are a collectible to many. If you log into your Best Buy account and go to "Orders" see if yours has shipped out, if it hasn't, you may have the ability to change yours for local store pick-up as most stores are getting some inventory in this weekend (April 9th) based on what the site says and when they ship to the stores they generally come in with regular stock on their delivery trucks and are in better condition.
Just some helpful tips, hope this all helps everyone.

Someone needs to remind Best Buy they are charging $200 over the MSRP price set by LG which is $1799.99 for the CX 55". The bigger CX 65" model has an MSRP of $2799.99 which is what Best Buy is charging but the 55" they have listed or $1999.99. Perhaps an error with their site, but anyone who paid $1999.99 is paying $200 over what they should have. Just an FYI.....

So this movie I bought was $32.99 only a blue ray and 4k DVD version. Don't get me wrong the movie is great but my two biggest issues with it were there was no Digital copy of it and when I buy blue ray, DVD, and Digital copy it's the same price as this movie. Usually with blue ray or 4K DVD, DVD and with Digital copy being this price I completely understand and it's ok because come on you get three things in one DVD stuff but it only comes in two like the 4K version and Blue-ray that's kinda too expensive of this DVD player. So that's my biggest issue with it. It doesn't come with a digital copy and it's too expensive without the Digital copy.

It's Blu-ray, not Blue-ray. The reason there is no digital copy is because HBO wants people to stream it on their service and have people subscribe to that. If a film will feature a digital copy insert it will state so on the front of the packaging so future reference if you don't see it mentioned on the packaging, chances are there won't be one inside.

Only preordered from bestbuy to get the steelbook, when I pick it up they tell me there’s no steelbook bonus, which is a lie.

When the game was first put up for pre-order on the Best Buy website back in January 2021 the steelbook pre-order incentive was for both versions of the game, standard and deluxe. I noticed up until a few months before the game's release it was still showing as such but then the incentive was removed from the Deluxe version so anyone who had pre-ordered either version would have gotten it, but those who pre-ordered the deluxe version within the past few months it wasn't available as a pre-order. Also, the steelbook is shipping separately from the game so if you qualified at the time you pre-ordered, it still could show up in the mail. Best thing to do is log into your Best Buy account, go to "orders" and check your order for the game, the steelbook should be listed there and may give you an update on if it is shipping by itself. If you qualified and still don't get one, contact customer service over the phone.

Only reason I bought the game through best buy was for the steel book. Shipped separately from the game itself and arrived before it, which is strange. When I opened the package there was no plastic seal on the case itself, instead it had a barcode sticker on the back of it kind of ruining the point of this decorative case. On top of that there is an inch long scratch on the front of my case, and the case doesnt quite shut right, almost like the front and back are misaligned.

That isn't true there have been plenty of steelbooks that have come shrink-wrapped, which is done by the manufacturer of the steelbooks not Best Buy. Elden Ring, Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy, Ghostwire Tokyo and Halo Infinite are all recent examples of steelbook cases that did come shrinkwrapped. Cyberpunk 2077 however wasn't. The scratches can be avoided if all steelbooks would be shinkwrapped at time of manufacture, but some aren't.

As of today, you can go in store and order the steelbook to have it shipped for $9.99. For some reason you cant on the app but if you go in store and they input the sku number, then they can. Got one today for myself. Just a tip for those who missed the preorder window.

LG has done it again with its latest OLED TV, the LG C3. This ultra-slim TV is succeeding the highly regarded LG C2, and it’s already shaping up to be a contender for one of the best TVs of 2023.
The LG C3 features a slim design with a composite back and thin bezels, making it a sleek and elegant addition to any living room. The TV comes in a range of screen sizes from 42in to 83in, so you can find the perfect fit for your space. Additionally, the stand that comes with the TV is almost identical to its predecessor, but now there's an optional bracket designed for the SC9S Dolby Atmos soundbar that turns with the TV.

Reads more like a copy-and-paste review from a professional site than a typical BB customer who purchased it for themselves. Still, a person can't go wrong with the C3 if they want the latest and greatest, despite the fact that LG made only very slight changes to it over the C2 models from 2022. The biggest difference between the C2 and the C3 is the price. Save some money and go with the C2, or if you must have the newest television, and money is not an issue, the C3 is the way to go, unless you want to get the G3 where LG mad most of the changes for 2023.

No dts anymore, and no dolby vision on chip anymore means this tv is completely worthless. Dolby is a joke when it comes to consumers. They are always trying to squeeze their customers for every last penny they have it seems like.

It was available for pre-order on Sunday June 11th and again on Monday June 12th. They are very limited and pre-orders go fast, but keep watching their website as they may have more to offer as they may be offering thier allocation from Bethesda in "waves" or Bethesda may be able to offer them more copies for pre-order, but its all random as to when they show available for pre-order. If you add it to your cart, then you want to check out fast and those who pre-order should (keyword: "should") have thier copy on 9/1 which is five days before the full release.

Is there a way to set notifications to alert me for when this product will be available again for pre-order?
Unfortuantely no, you just have to check at random times. It has been offered on Sunday and then again on Monday. Best advice is click the version you want (XBOX or PC) as a "saved item" and check that often throughout the day and evening. While it is very limited I believe Best Buy, etc will continue to offer them in waves at random times, but for how long is anyone's guess, eventually they will sell out completely.

When can I register for the constellation preorder since it doesn’t give me the option to add to cart even tho I have signed in with my account?
They currently show "Coming Soon" but in some ways it also means "Sold Out" for now anyways. They were available this past Sunday after they were announced and again on Monday late morning. They tend to appear and then sell out again, its probably Best Buy releasing inventory in waves, or Bethesda allocating more to Best Buy. Keep checking the site, I recommend you find the version you want (XBOX or PC) and then click "Save Item" and then check your saved items on your account throughout the day and hopefully you manage to catch it while it is available for pre-order. Remember these are very limited as that is always the case for deluxe fancy collector's editions of popular video games. Bethesda Store also had them and then sold out only to show more available on Monday. I believe Walmart is out, and I think Gamestop will offer theirs to regular customers on Tuesday the 13th of June.

Any idea when this preorder (Xbox Series X Edition) is going live?
Spencer, pre-orders went live this past Sunday after the Microsoft event. The pre-orders "sold out" later in the day however they were also available on Monday for a limited time. I believe you will see this happen over the next few days, possibly longer whereas Best Buy is alloted more to offer up for pre-order, this always happens with Betheda special limited collector's editions in the past. Eventually though, it will be completely sold out, but with it appearing off and on since Sunday I would highly recommend you add the version you want to your "saved items" and then check that often, such as late morning, early afternoon, and even late at night before bed, basically check often and hopefully you can get a copy. Also the Bethesda Shop did the same thing, offered them up on Sunday but then sold out only to offer more on Monday, etc.

is it digital download or a disk my pc and series s don't have disc slots and it says digital in the photo but specifications has physical only
It is a digital code card inside the package. Not sure why they opted for no physical disc but included a SteelBook case designed to hold a disc, very odd marketing in my opinion, but there is no physical disc Constellation Edition to my knowledge, only digital for both XBOX and PC.

If the package isn't delivered on September 1st, is there a way to get the digital download code through email, text or some other way?
The code is inside the package so no there is no way to get it by the 1st if your order is delayed or doesn't arrive on the 1st.

Pre-orders went live on announcement day which was Sunday June 11th. After so many hours, the listing switched to "Coming Soon" however as of June 12th at 11:50am pacific time both the XBOX version and PC version of the Constellation Edition show available again for pre-order. They are very limited and will sell out so get your pre-order in sooner rather than later if you can.

Is this for a xbox series x console with the game or is this just the game?
No this is NOT a console, it is the collector's edition of the game. Bethesda does these special deluxe collector's editions for just about every game they put out, they are very limited and offer items you can't get anywhere else. This version comes with a special case, inside is a real working replica watch like the one your character is given in the game. It also includes a patch, a SteelBook case and a DIGITAL version of the game. There are two versions produced, one for XBOX Series X/S, and one for PC.
