This was a nice jam-packed 22-minute episode for the Holidays. I remember watching this in the theaters before Coco and thinking it was a little long but in the convenience of home, it’s a good sidebar to the Frozen franchise with decent songs to keep the charm of that world going until the sequel. In addition to the Frozen special, there are a handful of winter-themed shorts from the Classic Disney vault. Just something to get you in the season. If you can find this for around $10, this should keep fans alike smiling.

This Steelbook May look simple but I think it does a great job of highlighting the character on the front and back and their color/look against the metal white. The white does have nice circuitry background to give it the internet look. The characters and title are spot-glossed which makes it all the more “popping”. The highlight is the interior artwork which is the Disney princesses getting comfy which was a definite show-stealer in the movie. I like that it’s hidden in the interior just like being in the middle of the movie. Such great scenes. As for the discs, video quality is great on both Standard HD & 4K. Extras are a blast. If you loved the movie, this simple but effective Steelbook is perfect.

I was curious why they were releasing Captain America Steelbooks in 4K first and not the popular Iron Man which probably lends itself to the upgrade more with its more tech look. Cap is my favorite character in the Marvel Universe but I think Marvel is trying to celebrate him before his “end” and I’m ok with that. They are executing the Steelbook treatment very well with all 3 movies receiving a “vintage” border and shield motifs on the back. I love when a series of movies has consistency in design. The finish looks like a light gloss with great artwork choice. No title on front but I don’t think it needs it at this point. It makes you want to get all 3 of Cap’s movies. In addition to the special packaging, the main draw is the inclusion of the 4K version of the movie. I would rate the upgrade a solid 3.5 out of 5. Not significant but definitely future-proofing your viewing. All in all, this is a great start to the Captain America re-releases and will definitely be sought after.

First of all, this series is beloved and has been waited for in HD format for the longest time and boy did WB remaster their cherished series to a fantastic degree. Some might feel that some of the "dark" shadows are too bright but supposedly that's how the artist intended so I have to say that this is its true display. Other than that, the series looks great considering how old the source material is. The bonus material is very comprehensive in addition to the inclusion of two movie "Mask of the Phantasm" and "Sub Zero" remastered in HD as well.
As far as the packaging, there are definitely some issues. First are the divisive inclusion of Mini Funko Pops. They seem like a throw-in that wasn't thoughtfully considered because they are designs that aren't even reflected in the show. The Lenticular cards are awesome and high quality. The book packaging has nice metallic treatment even if the long-wise opening of the book might be a little unorthodox. The slip box is sturdy but also unorthodox because the opening is at the top. But probably the most concerning is the cardboard disc holders that make it more susceptible to disc scratches. All in all, this set at 12-discs and excellent presentation is quite a bargain.

The price for this will hover around the $20-$25 range and that is a darn good price for what you get. You get both movies (each good and fun in their own right for the era they were released). Both are presented with worthy 4K upgrades that show more grain/detail than the standard Bluiray counterparts that have more of a "clean polished" look. The standard versions are provided as well including a good handful of bonus features. The packaging is also neat albeit in unorthodox horizontal artwork that shares art from both movies with a matted texture which may appear cheaply printed but it's sufficient. They have a compact feel with no booklets, just two digibook style cases that mirror each other. If you're a fan of the movies, it is worth it for the 4K upgrade alone. Having both handy in a nifty package together is all the better.

This game is riveting from the very beginning. You jump in the game and don't even notice the tutorial aspects of it. Even if you are tired of the whole Walking Dead/Zombie premise of a lot of movies/games, this game examines the humanity aspect of a such tough times. Among the Game of the Year on many lists, this game is a must-experience for all video gamers. It is nicely paced and gameplay is easily accessible from hard core gamers to novice players just looking for an amazing experience. This plot is riveting, Voice casting is superb and the design and world-building is top-notch. Not to mention, it looks like a masterpiece on the PS4 Pro with its remastering. Enjoy it and play it until the end of its DLC "Left Behind" and wait until the upcoming Part 2.

If you have never had a PS4, this is the one to get especially if you can get it for around $350 like I did. Normally it's $400. Normal is $300. Some things you want to consider is that you most definitely need a UHD TV to get the most out of it. It outputs high frame rates and higher resolutions on a lot of old games improving them so much that you'd want to dive back into those games. The only bad thing is that it does not support 4K playback. I figured that if it did, that would increase the cost to well over $500. All in all, it does great upscaled gaming and 4K streaming very well. It's a bit heavier than the original as well. You'll feel like you have a beast of a machine. Enjoy!
