NF still sets the bar

HBO max broke the internet by deciding that one year of WB movies go straight to premium streaming but NF was already committed to a new film every week for 2021. It's a mix that is buffered by great limited series, ongoing series, and the ability to acquire some blockbuster fare due to COVID impacts on theaters.

The first Jenkins movie was a true wonder. Having seen the sequel and understanding a visionary director wants a new type of movie makes sense but setting the bar so high with such an exciting world and action hero really marks the sequel as a let down for the established world and Diana character.
