Papa Roach has been around for over 20 years and still rocks out as hard as they did then. My favorite band continues to deliver great albums over and over again. They are still Papa Roach, but continue to grow as a band and with that adapt to changing sounds and musical trends. I love that while listening to new music and hearing the differences from previous albums, I still hear the same 'ole Papa Roach and am never disappointed.

I've never paid full price. So it's a great product for the price of $2.99 or $4.99 when on sale. Charge seems to last and hasn't decreased in efficacy since purchasing. Portable charger will charge about 75-100% depending on how low the phone charge is at. Still a great product for sale price. Only down side is when the cord starts to get used a lot it can get touchy while charging.

Good product, but paper is thin. If you're too rough the paper sleeves will easily tear especially the flap that tucks into the sleeve. Good price (I purchased while on sale). I would purchase more if they were more durable. If you don't mind a tear or two these would be perfect for you.

We've never had this issue before. I would return it to the store saying it's defective and get a replacement, especially since it's new to you. If you're not ready to return it I would contact the Best Buy staff through chat online. I've found them very helpful in the past.
