I purchased this as a gift for someone that is very familiar with the Switch already. The quality and fun of this console is really high. I slightly prefer the regular Switch over the Switch Lite because it can be plugged into into television. This updated version has a better battery life per charge and everything else about it is just as great as the original console version.

I have a pair of regular Homepods that I have setup as. Stereo pair in my bedroom, and really love their sound. When these were released I knew that they would be perfect sized for my kitchen. So I bought a pair. I first wanted to listen to a single one to check out the quality. Its definitely the little sibling to the Homepod, but its so clear and dynamic. Just lacking power. Understandable. So then I paired the other. Wow. Set up as a stereo system in my kitchen makes them throw gorgeous sound really well. They are crisp and the bass is just right for me.
I do recommend them in pairs, which is sort of unfortunate, but overall a great addition to Apple ecosystem sounds.

I’ve always considered one of these, and Best Buy recently had them on sale for a really good price. I’ve used it twice now and all I have to say is wow. I have come to love ergonomic keyboards. I’ve used several styles, including those made by Microsoft over the years, and even one that is separated to provide wider hand span. This keyboard has been one of the best. It’s curve fits my natural angle and the wrist pad is really comfortable. The key travel is good, it has a decent rigidity, and it’s wireless with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You can even configure it for three different devices. The only thing I would prefer is backlit keys.
This is a definite buy if you are looking for an ergonomic keyboard.

Mr. Rogers was and has always been a transcendent influence in my life. He was such a calming and loving force. This movie captures the sphere around him that impacted everyone. While the story is about a journalist who becomes a friend to him, Mr. Rogers is portrayed in a sense as someone this journalist needed to understand how to love someone in his life that hurt him so badly.
There is so much emotion in this movie, nostalgia, grace, tears. It’s a phenomenal movie.

Hard to believe it’s counter depth

This is the second LG refrigerator I’ve owned. The first one was a full sized, French door model that served me well. I left if for the next home owner when I sold my house. I decided to stick with LG this time as well. The new home I’m in has a spot that is perfect for counter depth refrigerator. So I decided to try it.
I was a little nervous to not have enough space so I searched for the largest LG model I could find. This was it. It was installed last week and I could’t be happier! The space reduction is in the depth. It pretty much has the same height and width of a standard refrigerator. It’s about 6 cu ft less than the first one I owned, but it seems to fit me better. It makes plenty of ice in the door dispenser, and has a second maker in the freezer that makes craft ice (spheres). It was a breeze to set up via WiFi so now I can see if there is an issue.
Overall, this has been an amazing purchase so far.

I was somewhat skeptical how well this stick vacuum would work. It’s battery powered and compact and frankly its lightweight stature takes away the strategy of using gravity to help provide a seal to the floor to aid suction.
However, this thing is magic. It’s easy to maneuver and yet it does a fabulous job of cleaning messes. It’s versatile with various included attachments and I will say that part of the reason I got this was that it makes great sense to use for my vehicle. And it delivers!
With certain attachments the vacuum detects the density of the surface you’re cleaning and adjusts the power to accommodate. This results in optimizing battery power. So it lasts a really long time on a charge. It’s quiet enough to be pleasant. Overall this engages me to clean the floors on a regular basis.
It’s an absolute purchase.

I knew one day I would have all nine episodes in 4K. I hoped that they would make them sharp and the sound phenomenal. I wanted that experience of reliving the entire Skywalker saga in a new way. This set delivers!
My first test was Episode 4. I wasn’t sure what to expect. When the 20th Century Fox splash with the fanfare came on, it sounded the same. So I thought maybe they didn’t do anything to the soundtrack. The screen moved to A Long Time Ago, In A Galaxy Far Away.... And then it exploded. The orchestral depth was there, the force of percussion and brass was there. In my surround sound filled room it sounded as if I was looking up at John Williams as he was conducting on a sound stage. The movie progressed and as the Tantive IV spanned across the screen followed by the ISS Debstator, the visual sharpness was spectacular. The color was clearly more defined and deeper. R2 and 3PO were scuffed and tarnished vividly. The corridors and lasers were crisp and as intended. It shines but in a way that doesn’t diminish the era in which it was created.
I haven’t plunged into the remaining movies yet. But my initial experience of this set is that it’s worth every cent. The case is very nice, the discs are stored in a hard board book with art pages and there are 9 extra content discs, along with blu rays and 4K blu rays.
I highly recommend for any Star Wars fan out there.

I have a Kindle Voyage, a gen 1 Kindle Oasis, and now this 11th gen Paperwhite. Out of the three I’m liking this one the best. True that much of the improvements to this device came to the Oasis gen 2, but the asymmetric back of the oasis never really impressed me, the aluminum back is slick, and it just didn’t wow me for the $250+ price. This Paperwhite took all of the best features that came to the Oasis gen 2 and added wireless charging, a USB C port, and a screen size that is almost as large, and is less than $200. I’m sold. It’s a great reader! Fits well in the hand, has a great light, has the blue light feature for eye strain relief. It’s really my sweet spot.

Hi Tristan. I would say the biggest differences for me between this and Voyage are the screen and the speed. The screen on this is bigger, the light is more balanced and removing blue light is a game changer. The speed is night and day. Page turns, menus, downloads, power cycling. All much smoother and faster. This is slightly larger in overall dimensions compared to the Voyage, but it isn’t hard to hold or heavy. I also mentioned in the review that the Oasis form factor was not my favorite. This is similar to the Voyage, and why I kept the Voyage befor. So if you prefer the symmetric slab of the Voyage, this Paperwhite gives you essentially the Oasis experience in a slightly larger Voyage form factor. It’s definitely a great upgrade!

Will this stand support LG OLED G1 tv?
I believe this is rated for up to 60 lbs. my 65” G1 is roughly 64 lbs. I would not recommend a G1 larger than 55” because the manufacturer will not likely honor the warranty if something is installed on it greater than that. I have a 42” C2 on it however and it’s great. The base is really heavy. I used the Kanto line than BB sells for my 65” G2. Works great also and is rated for up to an 80”.

4 questions I love coffee and work at a coffee shop and have been looking for a good grinder 1.is this a burr grinder or blades? 2.how good does it grind for cold brew? 3.how good does it grind for a syphon or French press or pour over?
1. This is a burr grinder. Very powerful also.
2. I’m not sure how you brew for cold brew, but the grain size adjustment has a huge range, and that is marked on the grinder in increments also for French Press, percolate, drip, and espresso. Each of those marked ranges have many steps to fine tune the grain size.
3. I have a French Press and have used the French Press range on the grinder many times, dialing it in each time. I would say the middle to largest grain size in that French Press range is the best. If you get closer to the percolate range this thing is powerful enough to give you finer grains and you will get some pass through on your mesh in the French Press.
