Quality audio experience, solid ANC, but the product can be a bit tricky to get a perfect fit.
For best ANC you should size up with the included buds, you'll feel like your jamming them into your ear but if you just work them gently you'll get a comfortableand, stable fit that provides a great audio experience.
I'm a casual runner and hike, it feels like they will fall out of your ear but they won't.

Not matter how many different ways you say "it doesnt work" you will get nowhere. I left this garbage product at the store for them to dispose of, or more likely sell Open Box and screw some other schmuck out of her money.
