Excellent experience during pandemic

I honestly expected to be told that due to the pandemic I wouldn't be able get service on my damaged phone because the stores were closed for in store visits.
Anywho, the GS agent I chatted online said the opposite. Due to the pandemic they were not requiring physical verification of damage. The only pain was making the deductible payment, then GS sent me a replacement device in two days with no hassle at all.

Everything you've read about the 75t is true. The fit is perfect, I like to think I have "normal" ears. The sound is awesome and clear, the app is easy to use to tweak your listening experience.
I move around a lot with these, running, yard work, etc. and only once did they fall out... because I tripped.

they are nice and don't have a massively long cord that hangs to your nether regions.
the sound is good, about as good as a $50-75 headset. the noise canceling is virtually non-existent. they never stayed in my ears with the slightest tug on the cable, maybe I've got weird ears.
if you want portable and good noise canceling, get the Bose version of these. they will stay in your ear better too.
