Lionsgate remains its steak of amazing 4K steelbooks with this stunning release. The slipcover and incredible artwork complement each other entirely. This is one of my favorite war films in recent memory and this steelbook is a treasured addition to any collection. The movie on its own is amazing and heartfelt. This film is definitely one the best war movie since Saving Private Ryan.

A Beautiful 4K Steelbook (2020)

This Halloween 4K Steelbook is exclusive to Best Buy only and is now sold out, but I am sure you can find it on third-party selling sites such as eBay, Amazon, OfferUp, and Mercari. The only thing different from the original Lionsgate 4K release is the artwork on the actual steelbook. The fall foliage artwork that continues throughout the entire steelbook makes it feel like a fall movie, which it is. There is a digital copy that is included and redeems on Vudu. The new artwork is definitely a nice change from the classic artwork, if you already own other copies of this film already. Definitely worth the pickup if you can get it!!

This is the best this film has ever looked! The 4k looks incredible, the color grading is amazing and definitely worth the pickup!!
Scream Factory has finally done justice to a film that has a zealous fanbase. Halloween hasn’t appeared this great in a very, very long time. It looks and sounds phenomenal, I really didn’t care for the new Atmos mix, and I absolutely love the Mono Mix. Whether or not it’s the original mono mix, its sound is fairly close to the original soundtrack that hasn’t been heard since those awful days of LaserDiscs. It’s more likely the last time Halloween will be available on disc, so go enjoy it.

Worth Upgrading...?

I love this film and own the bootleg blu-ray version of it. In my opinion, the upgrade in visuals is not a big difference from the blu-ray. The sound is the same 5.1 DTS-HD, but I did notice it has some more bass and the center channel seemed more clearer on a couple of lines.
An upgrade is recommended only for those who are huge fans of the film otherwise owning the blu-ray is just fine as I said before there really is no big difference between the blu-ray and the 4K versions of the film. Just wish that this version came with the blu-ray disc too, that way I could sell the blu-ray copy that I own.

Best Buy, you finally shipped my steelbook RIGHT! It came in a box with air pillows for a safe ride. I have always tried to ship to the store because I was always worried about damage. Thank you, Shepherdsville, KY, Best Buy for packaging it right. Another good-looking steel book to add to my 4K collection. I will watch the movie this weekend.
Update (after watching this film): Not the best out of the MCU series, but a solid entry, and finally received her origin story.
After they killed off Natasha with such horribly insulting connotations in the previous installment of Avengers: Endgame, I thought I would say goodbye to the MCU for a while. I was done with similar dudes and their same anecdotes, heroes hanging out with each other with the declining cast of symbolic heroines.
Then after a very cranky day, I ran out of things to watch. So, I went back with cynicism and disillusion that dredged up all my deep exclusion I feel like a woman who loves comics and watched Black Widow and thought it was going to be ruined with the masculinity that dominates the MCU. Low and behold, I loved it!
The film was delicate, funny, sweet, with passionately down-to-earth action. It even steered clear of the continual romantic restraints that people seem to need to attach to women to give them meaning.
Thank you for this film Disney/Marvel. I just might watch your next one, Marvel!

I truly love this movie so much, that I watched it twice the same week it premiered on HBO Max (that's approx. 8 hrs of screen time). It is a COLOSSAL upgrade over the Whedon Cut from four years ago, which is one of the worst comic book films that I have seen in the last twenty years. But now with the 4K combo set, I can finally add the Synder Cut to my collection, It has undoubtedly become one of my favorite comic book movies!!

Best of the Transformer Movies

Bumblebee is the prequel to the other 5 Transformers movies, and one you need to add to your movie collection. Focused on Bumblebee (designation B-127) and his arrival on Earth, how his voice synthesizer became damaged, and the relationship he forges in the late 1980's with a young girl is the main focus of the film. Add the arrival of the Decepticons and the stage is set for conflict that is less confusing than some of the later Transformers films. Bumblebee is FINALLY the first Transformers movie that plays homage the original cartoon, but keeps us in the more adult feel of the modern movies. This movie is the first Transformer movie that is not directed by Michael Bay and it shows! Bumblebee was directed by Travis Knight, who has made his way from being an animator, producer, and now director, and has only directed four movies so far, but I see him becoming a director to watch!!
