Hotel Transylvania and the sequel have the voice acting contributions of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, Steve Buschemi, and many others. The story of Dracula and his daughter Mavis 118th birthday. The Mummy, Frankenstein, the Invisible man, the Werewolf, and an entire castle-full of creepy- crawly's. Good Fun! Along the way Mavis meets an ordinary guy and falls in love.

Even 50 years after this movie was released it still shines and still holds up. This is the mark of great filmmaking. I've owned earlier versions of this movie on VHS, Laser Disc, DVD, and now 4K Blue Ray.
The higher resolution of 4K makes this movie really shine. Remember that this film wasn't made with any kind of CGI. It was shot on 70MM film and the FX were helmed Colin Cantwell, Con Pederson, Wally Veevers, and Douglas Trumbull( Silent Running, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Star Trek TMP, Brainstorm).
2001 is a classic and will be for a long time to come. It's too bad that we waisted so much time and effort on other things because the film could have been a reality.

Batman begins, The Dark night, The Dark night Rises are all top-shelf action movies directed by Christopher Nolan. These films are a high energy, tense, and action packed. I had these films on standard resolution DVD, but theses films really come alive on Blue Ray. The performances of Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Oldman who appear throughout all three films are nothing less than outstanding. Other great performances are provided by Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes, Cillian Murphy, Tom Wilkinson, Health Ledger ( Oscar winner - 2008), Aaron Eckhart, Maggie Gyllenhall, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. All of their performances are Almost flawless.

This movie is about the events surrounding the release of the Pentagon Papers of the early 1970's. This took place during Richard Nixon's ( Tricky Dick) Presidency. Daniel Ellsberg developed a sense of social conscience after spending time in the Vietnam war. He found out that the war was all a lie. He smuggled out copies of the war from it's beginning in the early 50's, to the end of the 60's.
This film is about how the owner of the Washington Post - Katherine Mary Graham played by Meryl Streep- has to decide whether or not to publish These papers. Tom Hanks plays her editor and close associate who influences her to eventually publish. Both of Streep's and Hanks performances are top-shelf!

Rocketfish products are always a step above. I previously bought their top-end antenna and it works wonderfully. This surge protector has 12 outlets, noise filtering, 4680 joules of protection, 2 USB connections, and 2 sets of coaxial inputs and outputs. This device is a little more expensive than other products, but based on Rocketfishes reputation it should be worth it. As for the 4680 joules of protection I hope I don't have to find out how well it works.

Most movies of Jesus Christ are generally above average. This movie is a step above.
I saw this movie at the theater back in 2004. It was and still is an intense film to watch - especially during the crucifixion scenes. The difference here is that Mel Gibson (director) didn't pull any punches. It's extremely graphic, but the actual event would have been no less.
Jim Caviezel's performance as Christ is inspired and solid. All of the casts performance along with Mel Gibson's direction was just astonishing. A must see!
