The final season of this incredible series was spectacular and involving as usual. However, the last episode kind of threw me for a loop. I mean it just took a left turn and kind of left me hanging there. I don't want to say what these things are because it might spoil it for some people. I was enthralled and taken aback at the same time. There were some things that should have been resolved a different way. Basically it kind of left me angry. I mean I was thinking that hey! this is not done yet, is that it. The action, the battles, and set pieces are wild, especially what happens at the end, what that Dragon does to the city. It's worth watching.

I had heard good and bad things about this movie, so I decided to give it a chance, hoping that it might win me over. Unfortunately, I was kind of disappointed. I was willing to go along with the new narrative that this film is supposed to take place in. After the first film I assume. It was good to see Jamie Lee Curtis back in action fighting "The Shape", but I found everyone else dislikable and irritating. The plot was not very convincing. To many "What are you kidding" moments in this flick. It's also a little woke, not real bad but its there. There are are some good action scenes but that is it.
The 4k transfer is pretty good.

Again, an enjoyable and intriguing Vikings installment. A lot of tragedy this season but part of the lore I assume. Alliances change and characters die unexpectedly. Still, an addictive show. I mean you want to watch it just for the location photography. It's awesome. Highly recommended.
The blu ray transfer is excellent especially the sound. You'll notice it during the fight scenes when swords, shields, and fists are making contact.

An all time classic. I never tire of watching this movie. The cinematography in itself is worth watching The Shining. All the performances, wow!. When I Watched it again in this new 4K transfer I got some goosebumps. That opening scene flying over the mountains is both creepy and breathtaking. That music is so effective and unsettling.
What can I say, this 4K transfer is a darling. So much improvement in picture quality over the 1080, and the 1080 is a good transfer. Get it folks!.

I had heard good and bad reviews for this movie. So I put off seeing it for the longest time. I wanted to see for myself if it was worth a look. I liked it better than I thought. A kind of mix with horror and comic super-villain. More horror than the latter, different, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Give it a chance, It will win you over.

I grew up watching the Rambo films. Each one is very distinct. This "Rambo" is by far the bloodiest one of them all, and I love it. The tone set in this Rambo is different but welcome. The drama seems more real and gut wrenching this time, and there are scenes of violence that are hard to watch but was likely necessary to invoke the sensitive nature of the story. It is a good watch. Enjoy !.
The 4K bluray renders the picture with noticeable improvements here and there, but it is the sound that will blow you away, which is a definite improvement over the 1080. Watch the part with .50 cal during the last battle scene. The thud coming off that weapon will rattle your dishes.

After hearing so many good things about this movie, I had to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. It is so good natured, especially from the actress Rosa Salazar playing the lead part. Even though the part is completely rendered in CGI, the actress's facial cues and mannerisms are so heartfelt and sincere that she immediately won me over. I can't wait for the sequel.

This movie captured my imagination the first time I saw it. It gave me a insight into the Vietnam War. The look , the feel, and the the absolute realism made an impression on me the same way Star Wars did for science fiction. This is still for me the go to film when watching movies related to the Vietnam War. To say that it was ahead of it's time is an understatement. There is nothing dated about this epic film. The scenes depicting the conflict of war, that incredible sound design, The Ride of The Valkyries, one the best war scenes ever depicted on film. It is an honest portrayal of the war. Nothing today even comes close to it.
The 4K blu ray has a serious uptick in picture quality, You notice it right away when comparing to the 1080. The sharpness, detail in skin tones and landscapes are a marked improvement over the 1080. The now famous sound design is all there too. The helicopters, the explosions , and the music is all on par with the previous blu ray. I'm saying that because the sound on the previous blu ray was incredible.

The best of the the Matt Damon Bourne movies. This is a movie that I have learned to appreciate more and more with repeat viewings. It's just so well made. The intriguing story just pulls you in.

What training goes with this? Will your Apple Technician help set up this computer?
When I purchased my original MacBook Pro 11 years ago I had absolutely no experience with computers. The Apple technicians at the Apple store that I purchased my computer from gave me a series tutorials on the basics of keystrokes and functions. Depending on what you want to do with your new computer. The tutorials can be very in-depth or just a familiarization or both. When I bought my new current computer at Best Buy I asked a few questions just to get started but for the most part, I just carried over what I already new from my original computer. However. It is very likely that I will be asking or signing up for more tutorials to get a better understanding of this very new and upgraded computer.
