Actually too small

I have big hands and I have a hell of a time pulling this thing out of USB slots. If you buy this, keep a bell on it because it's so easy to misplace. I grabbed this to throw the windows ISO file onto it so I could install windows on my newly built gaming rig and that's probably all I'll use it for since it's a pain for me to grab.
If you have small hands and don't mimd losing this, it's a good buy since it's very minimal. I do wish it had a small hole so I could put it on my key chain so I don't lose it.

Faulty Board - Bad Customer Service

I wrote a post about this weeks ago but for some reason it never posted. I hope it wasn't filtered out.
Speaking of never posted. I built a brand new system with top of the line parts and could not get the new system to the BIOS. I did every bit of troubleshooting I could, asked the tech at a computer store, and called ASUS several times and they finally determined that it was a bad board and to return it. Unfortunately this was during the two months when motherboards and most xomputer parts were gew and gat between. It took 3 weeks to get a new board in which had the same issue! I know you think I screwed it up but I yested everything, bought a cheap CPU, GPU and RAM to test and even with swapping everything out, i couldn't get into the BIOS. I did everything feom swap components to flashing the BIOS and it didn't work. Okay, whatever it's just terrible luck and it is what it is.
My main issue was with the poor customer service I received from ASUS when I called to make sure I exhausted all of my troubleshooting options. The representative heard what I was dealing with and suggested trying something I already tried several times which I agreed to do. The issue is that he basically tried to get off the phone with me after making one suggestion to fix the issue instead of offering to stay on the line and provide more options. I spent 3 years in a customer service role and would have never just made one suggestion and push to get off the phone without knowing if it worked or not and provide additional options if necessary.
Ultimately I returned the boards to Beat Buy and went with a Gigabyte board from a different store and used all the same components and it fired up and I was able to get into the BIOS on my first attempt.
I think I had terrible luck with the boards but the lack of customer service feom ASUS was just sad.
Best Buy also struggled to communicate properly during this time in which the rep didn't tell me I had to return the item to the store before they would order a replacement which wasted a week. They also told me to keep an eye out on the website and to call them when it came back in stock instead of offering to keep track for me especially since motherboards were selling out almost instantly every time they became available.
Lastly, when I finally received the replacement, it was clearly already used which soured the situation even more. At that point, I already bought a new board from a different retailer so I returned it and ended the fiasco.
Overall the experience was sub par but I do know this board has been great for people, just not me. It really was the baf customer service that trined me off completely.

With so many cheap/inexpensive wall mounts on marketplace sites, the price of this one is a little high for what it does. I think you're paying for the brand name but either way, I wanted to ensure my new TV would be safe and secure in my new gaming room/office. So, I went with a trusted brand I've used several times before with no issues (as long as you follow instructions and mount everything properly).
I have a 55" OLED mounted to it and tilted down since it's in a small office. The tilting feels firm but smooth when moving and the actual mounting process is super easy once you get the bracket installed properly. It comes with a piece cardboard which makes it super easy to map out where the holes need to go. Once you find your stud locations, use the cardboard stencil to mark your holes and start drilling. It's super simple and it comes with a bunch of different screws and bolts to fit any TV or deal with most mounting situations.
I highly recommend but not at full price. If on sale (15% or more off) it's definitely worth the purchase.

Absolutely adorable. Squirtle and Charmander made the best transition to Funko of any of the Pokémon since Bulba looks like a Ditto transformed into it, Pikachu looks weird, and Eevee looks identical to the anime/games.

I was looking for a quality Display Port cable that would reach my furthest monitor. Unfortunately the 4' cables that came with my monitor just weren't long enough. While this is a couple feet too long, I can't detect any picture quality differences between this monitor and my other two (also plugged in using stock display port cables) which makes working/gaming on any of the monitors seamless. I do wish there were more length options since I'm stuck in that in-between area that leaves me with 2' of excess cable to figure out how to manage, eventually.

Sorry for the terrible summary. This was literally an easy plug and play option for me and I tested my download/upload several times before and after and didn't see any loss in network speed or connectivity. I've been using it for over a month now with no issues.
I've always had great experiences with Netgear products (my current modem is also Netgear) and this Ethernet switch is no different. The 8 port model is overkill for what I need but I'm sure it works just as well if you need that sort of network solution.

Some slight quality loss

I grabbed this to set up multiple consoles for streaming. I have a PS4, Switch, PS3 and SNES mini plugged into it with a line out to my Elgato 4K60 MK2 and I feel like there is a slight drop in quality. I need to do more testing but having a wall mounted TV makes it a pain to constantly switch around HDMI cords. I plan on doing testing and updating my review to see if I'm losing quality from this device or ky 4K capture card (which it shouldn't be) or TV settings i need to adjust. Basically my game mode seems very dull compared to my earlier model of the same TV.
More to come but in the mean time, it's a solid option when you have a bunch of devices and not enough HDMI inputs.

Great Quality - Potentially Overpriced

I grabbed these cables for my brand new OLED TV and I compared them to cheaper HDMI cables and couldn't see much of a difference when watching movies or gaming feom my PS4, Switch, or PC. I think the quality of these cables would be noticeable at a greater length but 10' or less, you can't go wrong with lower priced HDMI cables. Just make sure the cables are certified 4K which means they transfer enough gigabytes per second for lossless quality. Best Buy's insignia canles should do the trick at 10' or less.

This product caused so many problems from bios flash to numerous post error code. 02, 0D to mention along with many More codes. Money down the drain. Unfortunately, I through the box away so I can’t return it!!! Don’t waste your money Gigabyte Aorus is better.

02 Error Code and Sub Par Service from ASUS

I had the same 02 post code error and went through all of the trouble shooting options I could think of and found online. Ultimately called ASUS for additional help and the representative seemed like he couldn't be bothered. He gave me one option to troubleshoot and after giving me that, asked if I needed anything else and didn't offer to stay on the phone to see if it worked or provide additional troubleshooting options. I had to tell him to stay on the phone while I completed his instruction which ultimately didn't work and he proceeded to say it sounds like the board is defective and I should go back to the retailer. As anyone looking for motherboards right now knows, they have been sold out everywhere and he didn't offer any sort of expedited service or tell me how long an RMA process through ASUS would take or offer me any upgrade or any other option and put it on the retailer. I was in a Customer Service role for 5 years and if I provided this level (lack) of customer service or options to the consumer, I would have been torn apart by my boss. Totally unacceptable.
I'm very reasonable and understand that the RMA process might take longer than expected right now with the pandemic but not offering any sort of resolution, time frame, or transparency into not having a time frame due to the pandemic or low supply would have been much better than the service I received.
I ended up calling Best Buy customer support who were helpful but couldn't provide me any information as to when they expect more inventory in this particular motherboard. They told me to watch the product on the site to see when it comes back in stock and call them when it does (which I said I will not do and they should contact me when it comes back in stock), so I'm sitting and waiting to see what happens next.
Overall I'm disappointed in the product but I understand things happen but the customer service from ASUS was terrible and the customer service from Best Buy was mediocre. Normally, I always have great things to say regarding Best Buy's customer support but the experience from this past week was not best in class but also wasn't as poor as ASUS.
