Solid Speeds & Quality Build

I bought the cord to make sure I had a consistent connection while working from home. I needed the cord to be 49' at the very least so I gambled and grabbed the 50' cord. Luckily the cord was to spec and I've had excellent connection and speeds since ordering. I grabbed this cord because it had solid reviews and for the value, I couldn't ask for more. Perfect cord for plug and play 1Ghz speed internet.

Great mouse even for someone with large hands

I have large hands and use more of a light fingertip grip. This mouse is a perfect size for someone with large hands and can accommodate pretty much any type of grip. The RGB lighting is subtle but nice and matches perfectly with my K95 Platinum keyboard. The one touch DPI control just under the scroll wheel is a nice touch and makes it so you can easily toggle mouse speeds for whatever task you're doing. I have the mouse wired directly into my keyboard using the USB 2 pass through. I haven't tried the wireless configuration yet but I will once I build my gaming rig.

The K95 Platinum is an amazing keyboard. The build quality of this keyboard is incredible. Immediately taking it out of the box, you can feel the weight and sturdiness of the metal frame. The cherry MX keys have a great feel and the sound that you look for in a premium gaming keyboard. I haven't had a chance to play with the RGB lighting just yet (using on a work laptop while I wait for my PC parts to come in for my first build!) but the stock RGB pulse is great, the colors are amazing and the on/off switch at the top of the board allows me to tone it down if I'm working at night and don't want a club scene. I got this on sale so I didn't pay the $200 price tag but after using it for a week or so, I would say it's well worth the $200 and a steal for any sort of sale price you can get it for.

Definitely the best way to play Pokemon Let's Go. The controller is responsive and its weight distribution makes it comfortable to hold. It also works great as a Go Plus when you pair it with you phone and connect it to pokemon go.

This product caused so many problems from bios flash to numerous post error code. 02, 0D to mention along with many More codes. Money down the drain. Unfortunately, I through the box away so I can’t return it!!! Don’t waste your money Gigabyte Aorus is better.

02 Error Code and Sub Par Service from ASUS

I had the same 02 post code error and went through all of the trouble shooting options I could think of and found online. Ultimately called ASUS for additional help and the representative seemed like he couldn't be bothered. He gave me one option to troubleshoot and after giving me that, asked if I needed anything else and didn't offer to stay on the phone to see if it worked or provide additional troubleshooting options. I had to tell him to stay on the phone while I completed his instruction which ultimately didn't work and he proceeded to say it sounds like the board is defective and I should go back to the retailer. As anyone looking for motherboards right now knows, they have been sold out everywhere and he didn't offer any sort of expedited service or tell me how long an RMA process through ASUS would take or offer me any upgrade or any other option and put it on the retailer. I was in a Customer Service role for 5 years and if I provided this level (lack) of customer service or options to the consumer, I would have been torn apart by my boss. Totally unacceptable.
I'm very reasonable and understand that the RMA process might take longer than expected right now with the pandemic but not offering any sort of resolution, time frame, or transparency into not having a time frame due to the pandemic or low supply would have been much better than the service I received.
I ended up calling Best Buy customer support who were helpful but couldn't provide me any information as to when they expect more inventory in this particular motherboard. They told me to watch the product on the site to see when it comes back in stock and call them when it does (which I said I will not do and they should contact me when it comes back in stock), so I'm sitting and waiting to see what happens next.
Overall I'm disappointed in the product but I understand things happen but the customer service from ASUS was terrible and the customer service from Best Buy was mediocre. Normally, I always have great things to say regarding Best Buy's customer support but the experience from this past week was not best in class but also wasn't as poor as ASUS.
