Easy to install

I bought these speakers to get Atmos sound happening in my home theater room. The install was relatively easy and they work fine, but I don’t feel like tonally they match my other Klipsch speakers. They aren’t quite as bright as I would like. However, I think the fact that they are ceiling speakers and I didn’t have a closed back to the speaker I may be losing some of the sound up inside the Sheetrock. They look great and definitely perk up when the Atmos movies are played. So I don’t regret them, but I’m not sure I’d recommend them, even though I’m a Klipsch fanboy.

Almost the Transformers movie we always wanted

This disc looked beautiful in 4K HDR and sounded awesome in Dolby Atmos. The story was great, I’m glad for the reboot treatment. There were a few cringe-worthy points of cheesy awfulness but for the most part they pulled off having us care for the characters, human and robot. The other achievement in this film is NOT having the fight scenes be a blur of moving car and jet parts rolling around. We can actually tell what is happening in the action scenes. I’m not sure if it was through maintaining a particular color palette or just careful story boarding that made these fight scenes work. This, coupled with a decent script and a fun soundtrack made this film look and feel like what I was hoping the original movies would have been like.

Good movie, terrible cover art

This is a great movie, looks and sounds awesome on my 75” Samsung q9F television. I always buy the steel books for any possible collectibility and to protect the BluRay discs. Usually the cover art varies from fine to gorgeous but this cover seemed cluttered and dull looking. Hopefully this is a fluke and not the beginnings of a trend. Anyway, get the disc if you were planning on it, still worth it.

Bought this for my other half. A total road geek and boy was he ecstatic receiving this dash cam. Excellent video quality, as good as he was hoping for and better than many videos he’s seen posted on line from his fellow road geek friends. Lots of extra features checks all the boxes for a gadget type gift. The one that got the most ooohs and aaahs was the timelaps settings. I personally mounted the dash cam and found it to be a breeze and seems really secure. There’s also a power cord you can purchase extra that is like the lighter adapter the camera comes with, but has USB plugs, which replaced a two USB lighter adapter we had used for for our phones.
