Haven't used this service much. We originally got it to defray some of the delivery and installation costs for new kitchen appliances. It did come in handy when our washing machine stopped working and someone was sent out at reduced cost to look at and if possible repair it. However, be warned that while the service includes coverage for appliances you did not purchase from BB, they don't seem to know that, and it took several calls and reference to the wording in the contract to make that happen. In the event it turned out we needed a new machine, and the guy they sent generously declined to charge us for his visit.

We~ll haul away and recycle one major appliance when we deliver a new replacement product. If you prefer, we can move your old appliance to another location in your home.

This return was because the crew sent to put a new pedestal under our new washing machine scratched the washer. Best Buy to its credit did not hesitate to take the unit back and send out a new one, which was installed without incident.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

This was a mixed bag. The first delivery as a problem because we hadn't been informed that Best Buy will not let the techs reuse an existing pedestal. So we then had to purchase a new pedestal despite having a perfectly good one that matched the one under the dryer. Now they are mismatched. Other wise the washer was connected and worked well. However, when they came to put the new pedestal under the washer they scratched the washer. However, it was sandwiched between the dryer and a sink. That resulted in them replacing the washer, and on the third visit they finally got it all correct.

It is a LOT better than the camera built into my HP Spectre, although that is not necessarily high praise in itself. The color is good and it adjusts fairly rapidly to movement toward or away with little ghosting. I do find that since in daytime I have a large bay window to the left of my desk, that the automatic color adjustments leave me washed out. Putting an overhead light on helps. My computer has facial recognition and I find this camera truly remarkable as it is able to recognize me in a dark room.

Had perfectly good matching pedestals from last washer, and for the dryer that still works. When old washer broke the delivery people (confirmed by BB) said they were not allowed to use the old pedestal for the new washer. Official story is they can't take responsibility for safety because old ones could have something wrong and collapse. Unofficial story, we can charge you an extra $250 for a new one when the old one is perfectly fine. Sold the old one for $40 and now I have two mismatched pedestals. It is a more attractive design and for another $250 they could match.
