For some reason my digital redemption copy was in HD and not in 4K UHD. Checked the Google sheets that keeps up with this information and it's being reported this was common for other buyers. I wouldn't buy this version from Best Buy if you want UHD.

Loving These Earbuds

My go to Plantronics earbud has been great and I've gone thru 2 units since 2014. Both units the battery lasts about 3 years. I wanted to try something new and bought the Pixel Buds and have thoroughly been enjoying them. I never had any of cutout issues that early buyers were experiencing, but the firmware updates have apparently fixed those past issues. The battery life is lower than my old Plantronics but I'm ultimately OK with it since you can top off the battery from the case. My left ear fits a little odd in comparison to my right ear, but it may actually be my ears. All and all I have no regrets on the purchase.

Bought Twice Screen Busted Out of the Box

I purchased this Hisense TV for mom's new condo we're moving her into. I ordered online on the first purchase and had it delivered to my local store. I took it to my mom's condo a few days later, and after unboxing it the screen was busted on the right side. I returned it to the store and had them order me another unit. I picked it up back on Monday and took the new unit down to my mom's condo this afternoon. I took it out of the box and did a quick inspection and found the screen was busted on this unit as well; and it was on the right side as well which also split out to the center of the screen. I returned the TV to Best Buy and bought a different brand.

Decent Soundbar Overall for the Price Point

I didn't do a ton of research and also didn't want to spend very much money on a sound bar, as it was going in my garage to be able to play music in the garage and to also play YouTube workout videos. $200 was my max price point and originally was going to go with the JBL unit which only had full drivers. I decided to get this Yamaha since it had individual tweeters and midrange drivers with the ported sides for extra bass. It sounds OK for what I am using it for. However, I have it mounted on the wall and the tweeters are mounted on the front of the soundbar. So the tweeters are firing down to the floor and not out forward to open part of my garage. So the sound I'm mostly hearing is more midrange and the bass. The soundbar would likely sound better overall setting on a low countertop below your TV so that you could get more of the overall sound projected outwards.

I own a Chromecast Ultra, LG OLED with its webOS, TCL w/Roku, and an older Vizio TV with its system. I recently overhauled my garage and moved workout equipment and the old Vizio TV to it so that I could do some workouts with the gyms closed. I hadn't used the Vizio in about 2 years and I hadn't realized how slow the system was; so slow that I went out and bought this Roku SS+. The speed of the stick's system is amazing fast; even slightly faster than the Roku system that is on my TCL TV. I can now jump right into YouTube and start a workout video. I also decided to test it's 4K HDR & Atmos capabilities on my Denon & LG OLED. While it doesn't have Dolby Vision, it does provide me Dolby Atmos on various apps that I don't either get on the webOS or Chromecast Ultra. I also now get Atmos on Disney+ which is a bonus. Because of this, I decided to buy a second stick!

I didn't see BB3 at the theater so this was first time watching it. I thought it was a pretty good movie overall and enjoyed it. There were a few scenes I had chuckled and once scene that I had some good laughs for about a full minute! It was definitely better than BB2 for sure. The video quality was good with a few scenes that had some really bright HDR. Atmos was overall good or decent with the garage shootout scene having some good L/R surround effects with the bullets going across the scene.

I picked this speaker up while on sale for $30. It has a great small portable size and I find the speaker to be really loud and sounds great. I primarily use it in the shower which it is waterproof. I have yet to have to recharge it since my first charge which was almost 4 weeks ago, and I'm using it about 10 minutes per day while in the shower. I recently tested it on my phone which also performed and sounded great as well.

I enjoyed Shazam! and thought it was funny & entertaining; striking a nice balance between action, storyline, etc. I think it's a good move for DC to make films on newer unknown characters instead of repeating Superman & Batman forever. The 4K visuals were very good and the HDR was effective. The Dolby Atmos were above average with decent bass & decent overheads; although not huge like King of the Monsters. The visuals & surround is still better than what Marvel gives you on their releases.
