I would have given this blu-ray 5 stars but I had to call Best Buy customer service in order to get the price-match with Amazon and Best Buy's own website, rather than them having them just lower the price automatically. The moral to the story, instead of pre-ordering any blu-ray, just wait for the Sunday before release day and make the purchase instead.

Our (very) old Bissell carpet cleaner finally quit and of course my wife needed to clean the carpets. She looked on Best Buy and found this gem at a very good price. I ordered it and picked it up at the nearest to our home, Best Buy store. The very next day my wife cleaned our two spare bedroom carpets and proceeded to clean our bedroom carpet as well. She was thrilled by this lightweight cleaner and how well it extracted most all of the water when she was done. She told me that this cleaner was quite a bit lighter and much easier to use than our old one. She highly recommends this carpet cleaner.

I'm going to be completely honest. I never used this free 6-month trial copy of Trend Micro Internet Security + Antivirus protection. The reason being is that they are just too hard to remove from your computer once the trial expires. You will continue to get messages to upgrade right up until the day it is no longer functional. I still don't understand why Best Buy continues to offer these little 'extras' when you purchase a laptop computer.
