I just had to voice my personal opinion on this movie so as those, who haven't purchased this movie yet, need not make the same mistake as I did. First, I will say some of the visuals were pretty good and Brad Pitt did a decent job of acting his part. That is the best that I can honestly say about the movie, itself.
Secondly, as with most films, the trailer made this film out to be something that it really isn't. In this case, exciting. Aside from what most reviewers say was a film about a father-son relationship, that really doesn't happen until the end of the film.
The rest of this two hour snoozer, did little to keep your attention and in some spots, actually encouraged you to get caught up on some lost sleep. Do yourself a favor and rent the movie first or just wait until it comes out on one of the premium channels. You'll be glad that you did.
