The world is enormous, and only gets bigger, and then when you think you’ve seen it all, it gets bigger. If you didn’t like Dark Souls, the combat might still be off putting, but it’s well worth a shot.

The Razer Blade 14 isn’t the most affordable gaming laptop for the size but it certainly feels like the most well-built. I got the standard 3060 version and it can handle any game you throw at it, looking good.
The keyboard is nice except a couple of the keys (Caps/Enter) don’t light up 100%. The screen is actually decent despite only being 1080P, although the lack of HDR is missed.
The unit stays cool but the fans can get loud. The power brick is very large and the cord is stiff and annoying to use.
Overall, if you want the ability to do some gaming and are looking for a well made alternative to Apple, this gets the job done. Besides the logo on the lid, you’d never tell this is a gaming machine.

The first time I tried it, the FMV segments looked pixelated and blotchy, then I died 30 seconds in because I went into a dark area. Next time, after a patch, the videos look slightly better and I got a bit further along.
Gameplay feels like RE as far as controls, but everything else is more clunky than even the ps1 games. From fighting to using items, nothing is intuitive.
Enemy designs are lazy. Story is generic. Graphics aren’t bad.
Wait till this is in the bargain bin before buying.
