HTTYD 3 continues the journey of Hiccup and his best friend Toothless as they take charge of their respective tribes together; unifying humans and dragons and finding their destiny. It’s fun, imaginative, and well done! Some elements to this trilogy feel a bit stale and part of that comes from the time between each film; making the story feel like it took too long to get to its climactic end. Solid film!

Aquaman has always had a hard time being taken seriously as a character, let alone as a cinematic event. But here we are - and Jason Momoa proves it can be done with style, a wink, and a smile! The weakest link, by far, in this chain of movie magic is Amber Heard. Her acting and performance is painful and cringe-worthy to say the least.

Mary Poppins is an unquestionable classic - Julie Andrews winning her Oscar for the titular role. The sequel properly pays homage to the styles and themes of the original while paving a new chapter for the Banks family. It also proves that this style of filmmaking has gone to the wayside. Though there is commitment from all involved (Emily Blunt shines especially bright), it’s presentation is best left for the stage.
