I bought an open box version of this computer just because it happened to be there when I when to buy one. Unfortunately, there are an apparent hardware problem that nobody including Dell could fix without a parts exchange. I returned that one and bought this NEW one. It has worked perfectly so far and I expect it to continue to work flawlessly. Best Buy gave me the sale price on this one even though the sale was over since I bought the first one while they were on sale. Good business practice on Best Buy's part.
