1) It holds 1.7gal, not 1.5 as listed in the title. Even says 1.7 in the description. 2)This is a nice room humidifier but would not work for more than one large room. 3)It's very quiet if not on High fan setting and still didn't bother me on High. 4)Be careful if you fill the reservoir off the unit. You have to tilt it to put it back and will spill water if you fill it to the top. Not a big deal though. I would buy another one if I needed it.
