Anker - MagGo Magnetic Portable Charger 5K Battery with Bracket for iPhone 12 & 13 MagSafe Compatible Devices - Black
Anker - MagGo Magnetic Portable Charger 5K Battery with Bracket for iPhone 12 & 13 MagSafe Compatible Devices - Black
MagGo Magetic Portable 5K Battery with Bracket is both a charger and a stand, specifically for your MagSafe compatible iPhone 12 & 13. Using new technology, this can magnetically attach to the back of your phone, providing it a wireless charge along with a strong attachment. The battery also has a bracket that folds out, so that you can stand your phone up wherever you want.

Good and affordable MagSafe wireless charger and lot less bulky than their previous model. Well-built, light and comparable size as others with the charge capacity. I like the magnetic foldable/prop up stand that lets you use it as a desktop stand. Powerful built in magnet that holds the phone intact while charging and can still have it in your pocket while it charges. Gets a little hot if you leave it charging in your pant pockets for extended times. The magnet aligns the phone perfectly and holds it a few mm above the resting surface, prevents scratching your phone when you pick it up or slide it around. It can also be used as a USB C portable charger for charging other devices. It charges my phone 1.5 times, so that's good enough for my daily use and I charge the battery charger at night. Couple things to note, the button at the bottom just shows the battery level but it doesn't turn the charger off. You can't have it off and use it for emergencies only, unless you disconnect the phone from the charger. It also doesn't charge more than one device at a time. It’s a good substitute for apple magsafe battery if you want to stay under budget with similar functions

The result — instant one-touch pairing², Automatic Switching³, Audio Sharing⁵, and hands-free “Hey Siri”⁴ for Apple devices. I own earbuds and headphones from 10+ different brands and am comparing my Beat Fit Pro experience with the ones I own. Apple released Beats Fit Pro this Nov (2021) and it can compared with Air Pods Pro on price point and on most of the features with exception to revitalizing the much craved Bass levels/range for Bass lovers. The sound quality can be compared to Beats Studio buds but with few improvements that I think is worth the upgrade. Apart from its newest design it comes in four mesmerizing colors and I like the gray color the most!
Design: The Fit Pro comes with a new wing tip that is part of the earbud itself. The good part of the new design is that it stays put in the ear and I tested it while biking and had it for hours on my endurance runs. Didn't feel like it was hurting (don't feel the pressure) my ears for all day use and the wing tip definitely secures it in place and you don't have to worry about losing your earbuds or it falling off while working out. Come to the bad part, having the wing tip fixed to the earbud might not give you an option to replace the wing tip if starts to degrade (5+ years of use ?) with sweat or heat/cold temperatures. Am guessing it was tested and built to last or resist sweat (IPX4 - water/sweat resistant but not water proof!) and extreme weather conditions. I used the wrap around the ear design for biking, which causes a little irritation when I start to sweat, but the Beats Fit Pro is definitely a better choice for my sports activity. The battery case has a USB C connector for charging the case and the ear buds.
Features:
• Touch button controls on both earbuds. I always preferred touch button over the touch feature as it can get annoying when it accidentally activates the controls when sweating or while adjusting the earbuds - good thought to stay away from touch controls! Comes with 2 extra size earbud tips.
• App is simple to use, has the option to turn on/off transparency and ANC settings.
• It boasts of having six microphones on both the earbuds to help distinguish your voice from the external noise and blocks out the incoming noise. Remember reading an article that talked about redesigned driver for extended bass range with their new H1 chip, which is quite evident when you play music with heavy bass. I definitely feel the uptick on the bass levels and it is comparable to Beats headsets.
• Optical sensor automatically pauses the music when you take the earbuds off of your ear.
Performance:
• Notable spatial audio experience (audio mix enhancements as you move your head from side to side, just like being at a live concert) when watching movies or listening to music on Apple devices.
• Great audio quality while making phone calls, no complaints at all on the external noise while walking on streets with cars passing by.
• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on par with most of the ear buds I used so far, but still doesn't beat the top two brands that are known for the best ANC in the industry. ANC can activated with the buttons on the ear buds or via the app with ANC on both or single earbud option. Transparency mode setting lets you hear the surrounding noise, nothing fancy on this feature compared to other earbud brands.
• Battery lasted for 5+ hrs (with ANC active) on a single charge and the case itself can charge the earbuds 3 times and the buds support fast charging so it can be fully charged in an hr. The case is a flatter than the power beats pro case (doesn't have the magnets to snap the buds to the charger!) and fits easily in my pant pockets.
• Apple always boasted about their adaptive equalizer that automatically adjusts the Eq settings based on the music you hear and the surrounding noise, etc. I like having the Eq setting or preset settings on my app, but its individual preference. But the equalizers itself do a good job when watching movies and you can definitely see it dynamically adjust with the movie settings.
• In terms of the audio itself, it picks the lows, the mid's, and the high's pretty good. Rich audio and there is a quite bit of improvement on the bass levels itself compared to Beats Studio buds, so base lovers will love the upgrade and its richer sound compared to Air pods pro!

Cons:
• Wireless charging case would be a good addition for the price you pay. I am sure Apple wanted to keep that option only for the Air pods pro just to differentiate its brand.
• Still waiting for Beats to add the equalizer option on their app.
• Spatial audio, auto switching between devices, Siri, etc. only on Apple devices and not on android ones.

Dyson's PH04 is the new product that Dyson released in Nov 2021. This is designed for people who are conscious about air quality and I am one of those customers. I have 3 Blueair purifiers that I run for most of the year to keep the dust and pollen out of my home and Dyson Purifier Humidify + Cool Formaldehyde™ PH04 replaced my living room purifier as it met my need at several levels - Humidifier + Air Purifier with HEPA filter (H13 - 0.3 microns spec!) + fan + system that destroys formaldehyde (irritant and is present in new homes/furniture/flooring). I spend $300+ per year on air purifier filters and hope to keep the cost down with Dyson's PH04 Humidifier + Purifier.
Design:
Appealing and stylish design compared to the bulky (on wheels!) air purifier system that I now want to replace. If you are an Apple fan you know what Dyson design means to you! Small foot print, weighs about 18 lb and can be moved around the house easily. Easy access to filters and water reservoir and not much cleaning needed other than replacing the filter and cleaning the reservoir and central filter when the warning shows up on the display. Slick remote to program the unit and great app to check the room conditions, air quality, history, etc.
Unboxing and Setup:
Setup was a breeze. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble and program the app to connect to the home Wi-Fi. Comes with a 2 year warranty. Can be controlled with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri. I let it run in Auto mode as recommended in the instruction manual and not worry about messing with the settings. It automatically controls the humidity level and adjusts the air flow to control the air purity inside the room.
Features: Starting with basic features
• Similar airflow controls if you own a Dyson fan. 10 speed settings, oscillators that guide the airflow, breeze mode, back airflow mode, night mode, etc. Quite operation when compared to fans or other purifiers!
• Talking about the purifier itself, it has a cylindrical fully sealed HEPA H13 filter that sits inside the cylindrical grill. HEPA 13 is in the highest tier of HEPA standards that traps 99.97% of particles with 0.3 micron or more in size. Its medical grade filter! I have to see how long the filter (half the cost of my current purifier filter) lasts before I have to replace, to compare its maintenance costs with the ones I currently have. I am moving to Cali and definitely see the need to have more than one unit to keep the dust levels down inside my home.
• Built in humidifier with a one gallon tank that can last 36+ hrs with continuous usage. It has a deep clean cycle that you can activate with touch of a button and it guides you through the process. It has UV cleanse technology that removes 99.9% bacteria in the water while it humidifies. No more standalone humidifiers that need constant cleaning! The app has pretty good information on the room humidity, air quality and its history.
• This can also be used in summer as well as the humidifier functions as air cooling system.
• Newer homes or remodeled homes with wooden flooring have to worry about formaldehyde which can cause skin irritation. The unit's catalytic filter traps and breaks it down to harmless byproducts and it doesn’t need replacing. Don't have to worry about formaldehyde for now as I use home testing kits to test the levels every three years, and unfortunately they are no set standards on what the acceptable levels are.
Maintenance:
The UV system and the deep clean cycle eliminates the need for major maintenance and changing the filters is a 2 min job. Comes with a 3 pack descaling kit
Overall, I like the Dyson's 3 in 1 system and it pays for itself. It eliminates the need for owing a separate air purifier, humidifier, and a fan! The quality speaks for itself. Owned several Dyson products over the years (10+) and never had to fix or replace anything on those till now!

Love the redesigned keyboard with the pen storage option. Microsoft took into consideration the previous complaints and recommendations from its users on losing their pens, and came up with keyboard storage option for the pen that also charges it. No more batteries! The magnet in the pen storage is very powerful and there is no way the pen is going to fall off if you leave it in the keyboard slot and walk around with the tablet in hand. Also, the redesigned slim pen is amazing, no lag in the response at all and has a real feel to it when using it for notes taking. I am a big fan of One Note and love taking notes with my pen and definitely loved the new design and how responsive it is when you take notes or draw on the screen. Also, it has Haptic feedback which is not that noticeable unless you pay close attention to it. I had it turned all the way up in the settings. Haven't noticed any apps supporting the Haptic feedback on their menus yet. The signature keyboard itself is made of different material (carbon fiber ?) and is lot stiffer than the older generation keyboards and doesn't bend when you put pressure on it. The keys itself has the feel of a real keyboard that I am used to, so definitely a major improvement in the keyboard design. One major fix (that I disliked in the previous gen) is the keyboard doesn't cover the taskbar anymore when in raised position, so I can still use my fingers or pen to tap on the taskbar icons.

Microsoft just launched the pro 8 series that comes preloaded Windows 11. It boasts several upgrades over the previous generation Pro models along with much awaited thunderbolt 4 ports and new keyboard with stylus. I was super excited and couldn't wait to test the Surface Pro 8 which is a major upgrade for me from my Surface Pro 6. Pro 8 is their most laptop + tablet combo (2 in 1 PC) with redesigned keyboard that stores and charges the slim pen/stylus in a slot. The Pro X model has Gigabit LTE option which is nice for people on the go and was hoping that Microsoft will bring that option to Pro 8 model, may be in the Pro 9 model ?
Specs:
• 13 inches display with 8/16/32 GB Memory options along with 128/256/512/1000 GB storage options.
• Platinum i5 or Platinum i7 line of processors.
• Redesigned Surface Pro Signature Keyboard with Slim Pen 2 which costs an additional $279
• Has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports along with their dedicated charging port! No USB ports.
• Preloaded Windows 11 that has bunch of new features such as widgets, redesigned windows menu, etc.
• Configurable screen refresh rate 60 Hz or 120 Hz.
• Touch display with 2880 x 1920 resolution that is perfect for gaming or streaming movies. The ambient Color Sensor on the display automatically adjust brightness and color.
• All day battery life. The battery life was a little short with 120 Hz refresh rate.
• Surface Slim Pen 2 with storage on the keyboard that also charges the pen.
• HD cameras ( Built in 5.0 MP 1080p front-facing camera and 10 MP 4K rear-facing camera) and Studio Mics (2W stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos), headphone jack.
• For Geeks - It has Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Magnetometer.
• Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 technology.

Coming to the real functions on my Pro 8 that has the i7 processor with 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD
• Superlight (1.96 lb), powerful with a thinner bezel compared to the previous gen. Adjustable stand that can keep the tablet almost flat, nothing new on this kickstand design.
• I love the fact that it comes with 120 Hz refresh rate and can pair it with my 4k, 120Hz monitors for gaming and watching movies. Seamless and smooth scrolling when browsing or working with endless excel sheets with 120 Hz refresh rate. You can notice that when using it in a tablet mode and scroll through web pages without a lag!
• The 16GB RAM is powerful enough for me to multitask and run several programs simultaneously. I was running MATLAB simulations and was simultaneously using PowerPoint and Visio and didn't see any performance issues at all. I heard the fan kick-in to cool the processor, was clocking 70% usage on the CPU and 90% usage on the memory with several applications running simultaneously . I can tell this was faster than my Dell workstation that I typically use for processor/memory intense applications. This is definitely the most powerful laptop + tablet that I ever owned.
• Love the redesigned keyboard with the pen storage option. One major fix (that I disliked in the previous gen) is the keyboard doesn't cover the taskbar anymore when in raised position, so I can still use my fingers or pen to tap on the taskbar icons.
• Has upgraded cameras with amazing resolution for live streaming or attending web meetings. Also, the screen has thinner bezel compared to previous generations and feels a little compact from the Pro 6 version that I have.
• Battery life has been promising so far, lasted 6+ hours when I had it running at 120 Hz refresh rate with several program running simultaneously.
• Used a dock station to connect to two 4k monitors via the Thunderbolt 4 port. It also charges my laptop and I didn't have to worry about using the charging port.
• Love the windows 11 so far, still learning its capabilities. Has widgets (instead of the classic life tiles), redesigned menus, shortcut menu that shows different virtual desktops, etc. I like the new Team chat app that lets you chat with cell phone users running native messaging apps and the redesigned settings menu. It also has options to split (snap layout options) your screen into several windows 2x2, 4x4, etc. I am still exploring the Windows 11 features, waiting on updates that boosts the gaming performance on PCs' running this OS so I can upgrade my gaming desktop.
• Oh, the best part is that you can swap or upgraded the SSD in under a minute. It's as easy as swapping a sim on a cell phone! It has a slot behind the kickstand that lets you swap SSD if you are looking to upgrade your storage.

Overall, I love the powerful Pro 8 which has all the latest specs needed to use it as a PC or a tablet. I wish it came with LTE option so I can use it as a tablet on the go!

J7+ is their newest Roomba model that was released in Aug 2021. I had it for 2 weeks and had an opportunity to compare its features and performance with two other brands (one has self-emptying base) that are in the same price range and with two older generation models of Roomba (960 and 780). This is a major upgrade compared to the older Roomba models I have. I had the older Roomba models for over 5 years and the only things I had to change on those are the batteries and the brushes and they still run a like a champ. The model comes with a self-emptying base, 2 dirt disposal bags for the self-emptying base, a set of side brushes, and an additional high efficiency filter.
Set-up and App Functions
Set-up was breeze, took about 5 minutes to have it connected to my Wi-Fi and set it up on a cleaning schedule using the iRobot app. It took 3 runs for it to confiture the home map. The app is user friendly and has ton of features and information related to its performance. You can allow this app to integrate with your smart home (Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.) app, if you choose to. The app provides you with several customizable options:
1) You can set rooms on your home map once its mapped and schedule cleaning plan for individual rooms. The cleaning history map also shows the location of obstacles identified during that cleaning session.
2) Customize schedule, locate your Roomba with a chime, look at the cleaning history, monitor Roomba health, job status during cleaning, etc.
3) Has a cleaning preferences menu that allows you to customize additional options - what you want your Roomba to do in events such as bin full, number of cleaning passes, extra clean, obstacle detection on/off, etc.
4) Also has an option if you want to participate in their Beta program to test new features.
Performance
1) It's notable feature is the obstacle detection and avoidance which is not offered by any other brand that I am aware off. I tested the feature and works great. I have several power cords, charging cables on the floor and under my bed, etc. that often got stuck in the rollers or the vacuum stops cleaning when get stuck among cords with my older models and j7+ plus does an amazing job avoiding those. I also tossed few items in front of it while it was cleaning and it avoided those and went around to clean rest of the room. This is a must buy robot vacuum if you are concerned about pet hazards and it is programmed to avoid it! The company advertised that if the robot fails to avoid solid pet waste within a year of your purchased, the company will give you a new one for free!
2) It has a learning algorithm that constantly learns and configures for high traffic areas, seasonal dusty conditions, suction settings needed for different areas that has carpet, rugs, etc. It gets smarter over time. The previous generation ones bumped against every object and it gets annoying when it keeps doing that again and again. The j7+ did that a few times during the learning process and now it recognizes the room corners and objects, slows down and navigates without bumping. This is a big improvement over the previous generations.
3) It's less noisy on carpets compared to the older generation Roomba's that I have.
4) The dirt disposal bag is big enough to last 2-4 months - might vary based on your home area and environment. A 3 pack disposal bag costs about $19.
5) Has a good suction power. I inspected the dirt bags and saw some fine dust on the first run right after I vacuumed the entire place with a dyson vacuum.
6) It follows a vertical or horizontal cleaning pattern unlike the random paths the older generation took. This one has the camera on its front instead of the top, which offers a wider view and allows it to see objects on the floor.
7) The clean base automatic dirt disposal dock (allegers trap bag) is a nice addition to the j7 and you don't have to worry about emptying the Roomba after each use. This is helpful for people suffering from allergies like me and not have to worry about emptying the Roomba dust bins. Am guessing, for my use the disposal dirt bag should last at least 3 months.
Overall, I recommend j7+ for pet owners and for people worried about cords and stuff lying on the floor. It comes at a higher price point, but is well worth for the new features it offers!

Atlas Pro 6 AX5300 dual band WiFi 6 (3 pack) is among the latest router products that Linksys released this year. There are some many brands and variants under each model and choosing the right router for individual needs is really tricky and dauting at times. For simple day-to-day use, the main features to look for in a router are the coverage or signal strength in the entire house + yard, the number of devices connected to the router, security features, and the download and upload speeds needed for different applications such as gaming, streaming (HD or 4K), etc. running at the same time. The router needs for advanced gaming and streaming are lot different as it requires some advanced technologies on the router with the right Wi-Fi standards (WiFi5 or WiFi6), latest security features (WPA2 or WPA3), number of LAN ports, prioritization or traffic control features on the router app, etc.
Feature Summary:
Atlas Pro 6 WiFi6 AX5300 falls more at the high end of the user spectrum, it supports the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard (faster speeds and boasts better management for network congestion for several devices connected at the same time), uses Velop technology, supports up to 90 devices on its dual band (2.4 GHz, 802.11ax - 474 Mbps or 5 GHz 802.11ax -4804 Mbps) radio with WPA3/WPA2 security encryption, parental control features, device prioritization feature, guest log-in support, etc. There app offers lot more customization options such as parental controls, device prioritization, guest access, and lot more options such as Airtime Fairness, Dynamic Frequency Selection (typically used for industrial IoT devices), Client & Node Steering, etc. for advanced users. I was playing around with these features as I have a test system (radars, lidars, IIoT, etc) set-up at home for my WFH needs and wanted to prioritize my devices sharing the same internet signal. It has 3 Gigabit LAN ports on each unit and 1 Gigabit WAN port, 5.1 Bluetooth for app-based set-up.
Setup:
Linksys app offers an easy set-up function and lets you transfer login, password and devices set-up configurations from you old or existing Linksys router (has to powered on and disconnected from the modem). I ran into few issues during the initial set-up with the Linksys app - was able to detect the parent node (the one connected to the modem), but the parent node failed to connect to modem and I tried everything to resetting the router and rebooting the modem several times. I finally decided to configure with the router with a direct ethernet connection to my PC. I called the product support and spent about 30 mins to have it set-up and configured. They walked me through some configuration set-up process on my PC. The routers needed a firmware update right out-of-the-box and this took about 8 minutes/unit to update and try the set-up process again. I added a pic which has the original firmware and the new firmware that is needed to allow for the app based set-up. Set-up was a breeze after the firmware update and the customer support was very patient and helpful with the entire set-up process. Setting up the child nodes was pretty straight forward after the firmware update, just make sure they in the same room as the parent node during the set-up process and it can be moved to any location after the set-up. The security and firmware updates should happen automatically in the future. I have about 47 devices (Home security system with 6 streaming cameras, Google home, Alexa, Philips Hue bridge, Roomba's, Wi-Fi speakers, etc.) connected to the router and I used the device prioritization feature to allow for best performance for the devices I cared about. There are lot more customized settings on the app and I am still exploring those. The 3 node set-up should cover up to 8000 sq.ft. I haven't tested its Alexa voice interaction with Linksys router feature yet.
Performance Test:
I have the parent node in the first floor and moved the child nodes to the basement and the 2nd floor. Previously, I had dead spots in the corner bed rooms and had connectivity issues on TV's running Chromecast and Apple TV in the corner bedrooms and the streaming devices often had the spinning circles/buffering icon on it or streamed with downgraded video quality with weak internet signal. Now, I can stream 4k videos on four TV's simultaneous, along with 47 devices connected to the router and I didn't have any dead spots in my 2700 sq.ft. home. I walked around my yard and did some internet speed tests and I had good enough signal up to 80ft radius around my house, which is pretty good for 3 router set-up. I have a 500 Mbps internet speed and I tested the internet speeds at different locations in my house and the signal strength was between 95%-99% at different locations! Its lot easy to add more nodes to the set-up and you can up to 15 more nodes.
Overall, this is an amazing 3 pack router system with advanced technology for big homes with customizable features for medium to advanced users and I highly recommend it. They have a great customer support!

Dell S32222DGM is a 32" (31.5") curved QHD FreeSync gaming monitor that Dell recently released. Plenty of real estate with a narrow bezel, offers immersive experience with 165 Hz refresh rate, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and QHD 2560X1440 resolution with FreeSync technology that takes gaming to a whole new level. These are the common specs on most of the gaming monitors and this product definitely competes with the name brand gaming monitors in the market on the price point. I had an opportunity to compare its performance side-by-side and I didn't notice any significant difference in the performance and this comes at a lower price tag compared to the name brand ones in the market.
Setup and installation: Set-up was a breeze, took less than a minute to get the stand installed on the monitor. The stand is pretty sturdy and doesn't wobble. Comes with a power cord, HDMI cable and a display port cable. The monitor height can easily be adjusted, slides up and down the vertical rail. The monitor has the menu buttons on the back right that are easily accessible and has two customizable buttons that lets you switch settings with a button click. I had one button programmed for gaming mode and the other for comfort mode for work.
Performance: I had it hooked up to a dock to the HDMI port (144Hz) for office use and used the display port (165Hz) to connect to my gaming desktop. I played around with different settings and found the preset game mode 3 best for my gaming needs, chose the Comfort mode for work and sports mode for watching movies on the PC. I didn't see any screen tearing, or blur images, distortion or flicker when playing games on the PC. I have another old gaming monitor and I can clearly tell the SyncFree technology made a big difference on my gaming experience with zero lag, high contrasting colors with a good color depth, excellent response time with a fast refresh rate. Saw some black smears on dark scenes, which is pretty common on most gaming monitors, unless you splurge on some high end gaming monitor, it did bother me though.
Cons:
My only complain is it doesn’t come with a swivel stand and I have manually adjust the monitor stand to play nice with my second gaming monitor that has a swivel stand.
Overall a great gaming monitor at an affordable price!

This device uses a low level laser therapy technology. I am an avid runner and have knee pains after my endurance runs. I decided to try this for 3 weeks and used it for about 30 minutes alternate days. I didn’t feel anything different the first week, but started to notice less pain in my knee and my recovery time was faster. I was very skeptical in the beginning and did some research on laser light therapy and how the low light lasers are used to heal body tissues and stimulates tissue regeneration by increasing the blood flow in that area. I also suffer from stiff neck and very often go to chiropractor to treat it. I started using this device in vibration setting with the adhesive patch for about 20 minutes before I go to bed. My neck pain has reduced quite a bit with daily use and I now carry this device with me on my trips. I ordered few more adhesive patches and use this more often for treating my neck pain than my knee pain. My doctor mentioned that low light laser therapy is commonly used for treating patients with chronic pain and I decided to continue using this device for couple more months to see if my neck pain goes away for good. The only complain is the accessory band is flimsy and broke after couple uses, will have to order couple more as back up or use a Velcro strap to strap it around my knee.

Ultra-Portable Projector
Great travel accessories for professionals on the go! I travel to client locations for business meetings and there is no better portable projector than Miroir M190 that's under $200.
Pros
• Light weight and ultraportable, comes with a 2 hr battery back-up and an AC adapter for extended use. Took about 2 hours to fully charge the battery out of the box
• Plug and Play device, no software to download.
• Integrated kickstand allows you to project on to any screen or your home celling!
• Sharp image (Hi-Def) and no lag when playing movies and can project on a 80 inch screen without loss of fidelity.
• Can connect to your phone and iPad (via USB C) or to a PC (via HDMI). Comes with an audio out jack to connect to external speakers.
• Descent brightness (200 Lumens) for office use and to watch movies at night.
Cons
• Took me a bit to figure out on how to charge (via USB C) and power ON the device. Some instructions in the box would help.
• Comes with a inbuilt 3-watt speaker which is not loud enough for playing movies. This is expected give the small footprint.
• Wish it supported Wi-Fi connectivity to allow remote casting or via an app

Highly recommend it for professionals on the go! This my new travel companion.

Can you connect your Surface Pro 8 to a big monitor ?

Yes, I have it connected to two 32 inch 4k curved gaming monitors using a dock with a USB C cable running between the dock and the Pro 8 thunderbolt 4/USB C port. You can also directly connect to the monitors using a USB C/thunderbolt 4 ports on the Pro 8. Pro 8 doesn't have HDMI or USB ports.

Do the newer ARLO camera systems still have the 15-30 second lag time from motion in front of cameras and that being relayed to your handheld device or laptop. even when watching "Live"? Don't want to upgrade if lag still exists in new system.

i did see a lag probably 5-7 seconds, definitely not 15-30 sec like the first gen Arlo. It also depends on our home internet speed and cell phone wireless signal strength.

At what distance will the new ultra cameras pick up at night time?

This has quite a bit of range, you can program the "activity zones" on the app. Attached few pic from my front yard, have a big driveway and it did detect cars at the end of my driveway at night

Does this work in extreme cold temperatures? What is the minimum temperature that it will still function? The older systems did not work well in cold temperatures.

The spec says good for operating temperatures ranging from -20 degC (-4degF) to 45 degC (113 degF)

Plus, with easy installation for tablets, smartphones and computers, you’ll be able to start enjoying Wi-Fi throughout your home right away.

One of my Roku Tv's Wi-Fi is weak.It keeps going into loading and stops what ever is on Tv.Its the the room furthest from where the main WiFi , internet box is.Would this router make this problem go away?

Its a very powerful router and supports 2.4 GHz and 5 Ghz speeds. I have 22 devices connected to this router and streamed 4k content on simultaneous devices in a 3500 sq ft home. Just make sure you have the right modem (dual-band). This has a capability to extend your wifi range with Volpo nodes (wi-fi range extenders)
