First the specs. I was able to get a little under 10 minutes of use from the most powerful setting. I was able to get about 25 minutes of use from the regular power setting. Both tests were using the Omni-direction head.
As for power and ability, while this is a bit of a niche device, it works well for any cleaning activity. But where it excels, is the ability to get all the way back to the wall under large pieces of furniture. With its articulating head and slim profile, you can drop this all the way to the floor and get to virtually anywhere. The omni-direction head makes this even easier being able to go in on all sorts of angles.
I do like the ability to switch heads or removed the straight line extension so this becomes handheld. But I again have the same issue as I have with my other Dysons. There’s nowhere to store the additional accessories. The wall charging adapter is slim and compact, but adding a couple slots for storage would be nice.
While I enjoyed the ergonomics of this device, my wife has medical issues with gripping and advised that the handle has little grip/slippery and is a little too big to comfortably hold on to with her condition. I plan on adding some grip tape (think lacrosse stick or baseball bat) to help her with this issue.
Other than that, this device is solid. It will remain a staple for cleaning our home. I would recommend this device to my friends and family.

Blueair - DustMagnet 380 Sq Ft Smart Silent Air Purifier - White
Blueair - DustMagnet 380 Sq Ft Smart Silent Air Purifier - White
Designed for a life with less cleaning, the DustMagnet 5410i air purifier catches 99% of airborne dust before it settles on floors and surfaces. Independently tested for performance as part of the AHAM Verifide Program for room air cleaners, for a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 244 cfm for fine smoke particles, 265 cfm for pollen particles, and 266 cfm for dust particles. Recommended for medium rooms like a master bedroom, living room, or playroom, the 5410i model completely filters room air about every 12.58 minutes (approx. 4.8x an hour at 380 ft) on the highest speed. Patent-pending DustMagnet technology powerfully attracts airborne dust particles like a magnet. Two air intake points and a unique airflow pattern create a vortex effect in the room to capture dust before it settles. A stream of negatively charged particles clusters airborne dust particles, making them easier to capture. Once inside the air purifier, the particles stick to the positively charged pre-filters like a magnet. Equipped with HEPASilent filtration technology to kill germs and effectively trap 99.97% of airborne particles like allergens, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold, bacteria, and viruses down to 0.1 microns. Additionally, activated carbon is integrated throughout the filters to absorb gases and household odors from cooking, smoke, and pets. DustMagnet delivers more clean air using less energy and less noise, quietly cleaning the air with less noise than a whisper (31 dB) on low and up to a normal conversation (50 dB) on high – while using about as much energy as a light bulb (42 watts) on high. Air purifier not tested against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). Designed to blend into your home like a great looking piece of Scandinavian-style furniture, the dual-use design features a convenient top surface to double as a side table and air purifier. With a design worth showing off, there’s no need to hide your air purifier, place it prominently in the room where it will be most effective. DustMagnet takes a simple approach to smart air quality management with proactive features such as Auto mode, Welcome home, and a five-color LED air quality indicator light. When Auto mode is enabled the air purifier will auto-increase fan speed when the particle sensor measures diminishing air quality conditions (when cooking, vacuuming, etc.) and returns to a lower speed once pollution dissipates. Activate the Welcome home feature (available March 2021) via the Blueair app and your air purifier will go into standby mode when you leave the house and turn back on as you approach home, reducing airborne dust for when you arrive. The Wi-Fi-enabled air purifier also allows you to control settings from almost anywhere with the Blueair app and voice-control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant-enabled devices. Includes one set of combination particle and carbon filters with a maximum of 1-year filter life and two permanent stainless-steel pre-filters. DustMagnet proactively monitors filter use and pollution levels in real-time to accurately determine when you need a filter change. When it's time for a replacement, the Blueair app sends an alert with an option to order filters at the touch of a button. For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the pre-filters with a vacuum or cloth weekly, or as often as needed. Replace the combination particle and carbon filters when the filter light indicates a filter change is necessary (roughly 6-12 months of 24/7 use based on pollution levels). At Blueair, our Swedish heritage inspires sustainability and quality at the heart of everything we do.

From the moment I opened the package, this device was 100% easy to set up. The air purifier comes packaged completely assembled except for the filters. Simply plug it in and download the app. After setting up an account and WiFi, you are good to go. Google Assistant can be linked to the air purifier to let you know when filter changes need to occur, however it cannot be linked to Google Home for controls.
After running for about a month on the “auto” setting, I was amazed at how high in quality our air was to begin with. Surprisingly, the air quality depreciated when we opened our windows. But overall, it runs in the corner of our living room and we don’t even notice is. Very quiet!
The one worry I have is the cost of filters. Blueair does have a subscription service, however, to be honest I haven’t looked into it. The air filters for this specific model are not available on Amazon yet, but others are. Looking at the average price of other Blue air filters I can assume that they will be between $50-80. While that sounds expensive, having had the purifier on for nearly a month now, the air filter still registers 95% of its life still left. If that is a testament for how long it will last, the price is not too bad. However, a shorter filter life would deter me from buying this product again.
A lot remains to be seen on how it lasts in the long run, but from what I’ve seen so far I am happy with how it runs and its ability to connect as a smart device. I would recommend this to a friend or family member.

These would have been amazing to have when my baby was first born, especially when your milk is coming in and regulating. I love the fact that there is no suction which could increase production and cause oversupply. I had no issue with any milk leaking and it was easy to transfer milk to storage. I know as baby is weaning this will be a great addition to the process. I look forward to not soaking nursing pads as baby starts the weaning process.

Elvie - Curve Manual, In-Bra Silicone Breast Pump (4oz/120ml) - White
Elvie Curve captures bonus milk in-bra with hassle-free, one-press expression. Less hassle than a traditional manual pump, Elvie Curve lets you effortlessly collect even more milk in three ways: while breastfeeding on the other breast, pumping on the other breast, or whenever your breast feels full. And, unlike other silicone breast pumps, Elvie Curve is contoured to neatly fit in your bra—no jutting out, so you’re free to be out and about.

Not like a typical Haakaa. I love the fact that you can secure it in your bra. You are free to move around or utilize while nursing and you don't have to worry about the baby knocking it off your breast. Works great and easy to transfer milk to a storage bag.

I don’t know exactly how to expand upon this blender review much more than that. It is very well built, easy to use and easy to clean. It works phenomenally and is the quietest blender we’ve ever owned. Most of the parts are dishwasher safe, except for the smaller lid insert. That’s a slight annoyance, but definitely not a deal breaker. At this price point, or even at a higher one, you can’t go wrong with this blender. Take a look at the model that includes a blender cup as well! I would definitely recommend this blender to a friend.

I have not used an electric razor my entire life. I’ve liked the thought of them…. No replacement razors every week or so. Calm, circular motions to gently shave the stubble without the fear of nicks and cuts. And speeding up the process of shaving with technology and electricity! Unfortunately this razor fell short of my expectations.
To be completely honest, this might be a review for ALL electric shavers and not this one specifically. I have relatively fine facial hair which may have caused issues. My first attempt at using this as a wet razor was disastrous. This razor could not get all of the hairs and I ended up shaving again with a disposable razor. I felt maybe I had done something wrong. So I Googled and Youtubed everything I could. I learned about pre-shaving liquid and how it dries everything out to better shave. I learned that I had to pull my skin tighter than with a disposable razor in order to get stubborn hairs.
Then I applied what I knew to about a week and a half worth of growth. First… OUCH! After a couple passes, if felt like hairs were being ripped rather than cut. I figured out that it was because there was a decent amount of hair in the head of the razor that needed to be emptied out. Cleaning it relieved this issue for a moment. I had to repeat this process until the hairs were a lot shorter.
I pulled my skin tight and kept the repetitive circular motion that the machine requires. I will say the technology in this razor is pretty cool. It tells you if your circular motions are being done correctly by a little LED icon. However, after applying everything I learned, it still took just as long, if not longer than shaving with a disposable razor, and that still left areas that I just could not get to cut. Maybe it’s user error. I will concede to that fact.
I will say that if you have used electric razors before and you are happy with the results, you will probably be happy with this razor. The technology it provides with a phone app and the aforementioned LED icon for shaving pattern confirmation assist the user greatly. I do like the “safety lock” feature that keeps the razor from being turned on accidentally, which is beneficial for travelers or people with curious little ones.
All in all, I cannot recommend this razor. I’m disappointed to say that because I was really looking forward to making my morning routine a little easier and quicker with this device.

For someone who has move passed the level of amateur photographer, but doesn’t have the financial resources or time to learn a heavy application like the professionals use, this is the middle ground you’re looking for! I have used Photoshop Elements 2019 until this upgrade and have been greatly impressed by the ease of use, paired with the many “professional” features it offers.
This app does take into account the varying levels of editing that people are comfortable with. You can either go “full auto” and pick from the directed suggestions by the app, or you can drive this thing “stick shift” and manually make corrections. Either way, a couple Youtube how-to videos later, you’ll be using all of the features like a champ.
The price point and features (with a lack of software subscription) make Adobe’s product top of the line for the average photographer. If you’re not making a career on your pics, this is the program for you!

You can read about all of the specs and numbers in the description. Instead, I’m going to talk about my experiences with this projector. I got this projector to replace another one mainly for outdoor use and to take for travel (parties, family events, etc.). I was a little worried when I pulled it out and how lightweight it was. But after looking it over and using it, I can tell you it is well constructed.
This thing is simple to use! Plug and play for HDMI connections. Capable of receiving casts from devices. An auxiliary out for external speakers. It met all of my needs with that. I do wish it had Bluetooth capabilities for the speakers, but I had a spare Bluetooth transmitter sitting around. I connected it to the Aux. Out and boom! Bluetooth!
The best feature was the digital zoom. No more moving the projector back and forth until you find the sweet spot for screen size. For that alone, I would give this device five stars. As for quality of picture and brightness, it was top notch! Even in daylight the picture was viewable as long as you have an opaque backing to the screen. The picture was able to be focused to a crisp, clear quality.
One con to this, and I think it was a big overlook on Epson’s part. The buttons on the remote and the device do not light up for ease of use in the dark. Other projectors we’ve had in the past all had this. I took it for granted that it was a standard feature of all projectors. I do miss this.
However, other than the Bluetooth and the remote, I am thoroughly pleased with this projector. It will see a lot of family fire pits and parties in the back yard. We’ve already made a lot of memories with our children with outdoor movie nights. I would recommend this product to a friend.

As a nursing mother, pumping can be overwhelming. I hate being tied down to pumping tubes and wires going everywhere. Babies sleep is unpredictable and sometimes you get full and just need to pump, whether it be just one breast or both. As most moms can agree this always seems to happen while you have a never ending list of other things to get done and you can't commit 20 minutes to a pumping session.
I was very excited to have a hands free, wire free and tube free option with the Elvie breast pump. When I initially opened the box, although excited, I was slightly dreading learning a new product. When I opened the box I initially saw the two hubs and a little card that told you about the Elvie app. I immediately downloaded the app and opened the owner's manual. I disassembled and reassembled the pump and I liked how few parts there were. It was slightly difficult to separate the breast shield from the hub but I assume over time and with use it will be easier. The hub and parts felt very sturdy. At the time, I did not have the time to explore the app as many moms know life drags us in all different directions. I really wish I would have taken the time to do this first.
While reading the manual I saw that there were two different size breast shields included but I could not figure out which was which because it was not printed on the breastshield. I immediately became frustrated wondering how the company would expect me to know the difference. After studying the manual and the breastshield I eventually realized that there is a different shape marker for each size. This was not obvious and was extremely frustrating. I disassembled the pieces and sanitized them and laid them out to dry.
When I woke up and was getting ready for work I was quickly trying to assemble my new pumps. I like that there are 2 bottles for each hub to use throughout my work day. As I tried to assemble the spout to the bottle I could not figure out which way it went on. I finally got it on only to realize that I needed to turn it 180 degrees for it to be in the proper spot. Unfortunately I could not get the spout off no matter which way I twisted or turned so there was one part down for the day. As to not ruin a second I really had to study the parts. Eventually I realized that there is a small dash on the bottle and on the spout. Assuming they needed to line up I assembled that way and was glad to see that it was correct. I reviewed the manual while doing this and nowhere does it point out that there were lines or state to line up the lines, you really have to closely look at the photos to see this. A simple line stating to look for the marking and to line it up would have saved me a great deal of trouble.
Onto my first pumping session. It was so easy to sync my pumps to the app. I love that there was a video showing how to do this. I also love how the breastshield has lines showing you where to line up your nipple for ideal comfort and output. It will definitely take a few uses to get this down but I love how there is a video showing you how to do this as well as a neat tip on how to get it correct inside of the app. I also love how the app has different videos as well as printed instructions walking you through your entire pumping process and clean up. It was strange to not be able to see my output like a typical pump but I like how the app shows your output. At no point did I ever have any discomfort while pumping. I like that the Elvie pumps automatically detect your let down and automatically switch between Stimulation and Expression modes.
After I was done pumping I followed the instructions of breaking the seal between the pump and your nipple. Not until after I finished pumping did I truly realize how much thought went into this pump from a woman's standpoint. I have cleaning clothes for my pump while I am at work because I do not have a sanitary location to clean my pump between uses. I loved how I could just set the pump right down and pop the hub right off the bottle that was sitting on the table. The design was amazing! I cleaned my breast shield and dried it. I then needed to transfer my milk to my storage bags. The spout was perfectly designed to easily pour all of my expressed milk right into the bag without worrying about losing any milk at all. What surprised me most was that the app got my expressed milk amount 100% correct! I love that each pump has a bag to store them in as well. This makes it extremely convenient.
My output of expressed milk was greater on one side than I typically get from a regular breast pump. The other was not as great but I feel like I may not have been properly aligned and will work on this more at my next pumping session.
After multiple uses the only thing I don't like is that the updated app is inaccurate when it comes to milk production. Other than that, it's very easy to use and just as much output as my plug in pump. I'd give it 4 stars due to the minor quirks but I would still recommend this pump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bring your television audio to life without compromising the beauty of the room. As an alternative to traditional sound bars or bookshelf speakers, this system allows you to enjoy premium television audio while hiding the electronics and wiring in the wall and behind the TV. This package includes two in-wall speakers with paintable grilles; when painted, the speakers almost disappear into the surrounding space. The included Sonos amp provides 125 watts of power per channel, which lets you enjoy high-resolution sound from the Sonance speakers. Also included is an in-wall power kit that brings power to the entire system without calling an electrician. A metal back box is provided to hold the in-wall power kit, Sonos AMP®, and system electronics with extra room for streaming video devices like Apple TV® or Roku®.

Can you attach a sub to this system as well for extra bass, or are you stuck with just the 2 included speakers? And is the amp powerful enough for a sub?

Yes. You can either hard wire a third-party sub via the output or purchase a Sonos sub for wireless connection. I personally recommend the Sonos sub. Have one on a different system and love it!

WD - My Book 3TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive - Black
WD - My Book 3TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive - Black
Save plenty of media and other files on this WD My Book external hard drive, which features a 3TB capacity for ample storage space. WD SmartWare Pro software backs up your files automatically for simple use.

Will WD My Book 3TB work on Linux

The Specification page specifically says:
PC: Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8; Mac: OS X; available USB 3.0 port

Will it also work with an up-to-date linux distribution? (e.g., Ubuntu 13.10, SteamOS, RHEL 7)? (It should -- I have yet to see one that will not work)

If it is not officially supported/doesn't work, I will have to look elsewhere.
Thank you.
Not sure if it officially authorized but I have utilized them with no problems.

Does this have a power (off/on) switch? I'd like to leave it plugged in all the time & just turn the switch on when needed - is that an option?

I'd like to have the drive plugged in (usb & power) and just turn the device on via a power switch to activate - does this come with a built in on/off switch?
It powers up only when being utilized. Otherwise, it is in a standby mode until something tries to access it. No "hard" power on/off switch.

Can this Drive be used for more than one computer, one with Windows 7 and another with Windows XP?

I have a Desktop with Windows XP Media Center Edition32 bit and a Laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Can the same External Drive be used for backing up from both these computers?
The short answer is yes. If you use a router that has a USB port for a network drive, simply plug it in and follow your routers directions. If not, you would have to "share" the drive to the other computer. If all of this sounds to complicated I would spend the little extra a get a MyBook Live or MyBook World. They connect to your router through a ethernet cable and are ready to run immediately.
