Just make sure that the surfaces you are placing the mount onto do not have any residue such as dust, as this will block suction on the suction cup. I have a iphone 11 with a defender ottobox. Will this holder fit my phone with the ottobox.

Hi there, thanks for your question. To my knowledge, this mount has a maximum width of 3.5 inches. I've found online that the otterbox defender with an iPhone 11 has a width of 4.25 inches, therefore, it wouldn't fit in this mount. We do offer a larger series called the Mi-T grip which comes in both dashboard and vent applications, as well as several magnet mounts that fit virtually any size phone. Can the heat coming from the vent damage an iphoneX?

What is best way to refresh suction cup for maximum use after weeks of use and suction needs improving?

Hi there, thanks for your question. The best way to clean the suction cup is really just to use some water on both the suction cup as well as the surface you are applying to in your vehicle. Suction on the Bracketron dash Mount is not holding the unit in place. How can this be fixed?

Hi there Beth, thanks for your question. Make sure both the dash and the rubber suction cup on the mount are rinsed with water, in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. If this doesn't help, it is possible that your dash is not compatible with suction mounts based on its texture. Can you buy extra clips that slide off up top. We had our for a month then the store closed and the two c!is broke off due to the heat.

I purchased a Bracketron Trip-Grip cell phone holder from Best Buy and after over a year of use one of the clips that go into the A/C vent has broken. Are replacement parts available? Thank you PS- I really like the cell phone holder over all
