Can this unit play video from my android phone?

The radio does not offer mirroring options. To see if possibly any type of video options are available on it, please contact JVC directly. They will be able to look into its specifications and options.

Does this auto dim/brighten on light levels or can I control the brightness? The reason I ask is my trucks auto dim feature is not working right.

The radio offers its own dimmer on/off on it from its settings. This has nothing to do with your vehicle. The only reason for the dimmer from the vehicle side is if you want the radio to dim when you turn on the head lights then that connection applies from the vehicle. The wire for that is called the illumination wire.

I'm sorry to say that none of the current models support CD changers anymore. All radios now offer the USB connection where you can load all your music onto that instead.

Can I use these with hearing aids?

I do apologize but the headphones are intended to be used with devices like an cell phone or Bluetooth tablet to listen to music or make phone calls. They are not compatible with hearing aids.

I own a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and I purchased this unit to replace the OEM head unit. I do have backing out sensors that will alert me so I am wondering if those will still work and if this unit will let me know?
