how do I stop the popping sound when radio turns on ?

If there is popping the audio portion of the installation needs to be double checked. There isn't a setting on the radio to fix that. Have your installer to check that.

What will you need if you have steering wheel controls and a factory subwoofer in a 2005 Mercury mountaineer premier edition?

I'm wanting to see if anyone knows if this can be connected to a factory dvd head unit in 2010 Acadia? I would much rather the kids watch the movie from the head unit instead of it being on my dashboard.

The KW-V350BT includes an RCA composite video output jack which can be connected to an external monitor/DVD head unit. The DVD playback video will output to the rear monitor. Please confirm if your rear monitor has a composite video input.

How well will this reciever work in a 2011 Jeep Wrangler? Not just fit and sound, but shock absorbing, weather, and dust.

The KW-M150BT will fit your vehicle. This product is not shock, weather, or dust proof.

I have a 2014 Dodge Dart sxt with a Uconnect 8.4 system. Is it possible to frame it for my system since The housing is bigger.

Sorry, the KW-V850BT does not fit your 2014 Dodge Dart.
