My 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan has a pull down screen that plays dvd's that are put into the stock head unit. Will this head unit be compatible with that screen?

System worked great after installation. But a couple months later microphone appeared to stop working. I could hear people but no one could hear me; voice commands also stopped working. Is there a way to troubleshoot mic through stereo? Or is it android?

The vehicle fitting says it can fit in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extended cab and/or a 2 door standard cab, but could this fit in a 4 door?
