Every time I charge my headphones, I plug them in and the red light comes on like it's supposed to but goes off after a few seconds, but they aren't charged. How do I get them to actually charge? tried many different cables including the one it came with.

Jelliefish, I am sorry you are having problems. Please check to see if the wall wart (Plug in charger) is 5v and 1.2 amps or greater. After the charging if you hold the button down for 40 seconds or so does the light falsh blue and red? Please let me know.

Annie, that is a great question. They provide good isolation, but they are not noise cancellation headphones. Please check your local, state, and federal laws about wearing headphones while driving.

hi, i had the headset for about a week and they are working just fine. But when im trying to connect them to my computer (windows 10 lenovo) my computer cant find the headset at all.

Skalman, Thank you for asking. If I am reading you correctly the FX39Bt's are pairing to everything else but the Lenovo? I have checked back and we have not had any pairing issues with these units, but there is a first time for everything. Has the Lenovo been able to find any other Bluetooth other then your headphones?

I've had my headphones for less than a month. I take care of them, i charge them every night. My problem is that they are so very quiet or one ear is louder than the other whenever I have media playing. How do i fix this?

Kyle thank you for asking. They are not supposed to sound like that. Please check the tips and make sure they are clear of debris. then please switch sides and see if the low volume is an issue in the headphone or could it possible be a difference in ear sensitivity. If the problem persists please make sure they have a full charge then re-pair them to your source. If you have the ability please try pairing them to a different source to make sure its not a source or Media issue.

Last but not least of the issue persists please return them to where you purchused them for an exchange. I have never heard of this issue with our headphones before, but there is a first time for everything.
