Does this have XM Radio?

This model radio does not offer the option of adding a Siriusxm tuner/adapter. However if you already have services with them simply download the app on your phone and you can always just stream it via Bluetooth Audio.

Can you make calls with these or just answer?

You can only answer a call. There is no dial pad on headphones or voice command. You can however use your phone if it has Siri or Google voice and make your call on your phone.

Your ear clip Bluetooth wireless sport headphones, how far is the volume controller from the ear piece? I'm looking for a head set to use while riding a motorcycle when wearing a full faced helmet I need to see the volume control while when riding.

I would advise to check with JVC directly on a measurement. These specs are not listed in the manual.

Are the ear-clips flexible? I gave tiny ears and the loops are always too big for my ears.

When it comes to flexability the headphones are intended for sport use. You can always buy them test them out if they are not of comfort to you, return them within the return window.
