Will the rear paper tray feeder accept 13x19 CARDSTOCK or PHOTO PAPER on the Epson WF-7840? If it only takes regular paper I'm going to be very bummed out.
Hello tcsmythe. Yes, the WF-7840 can load 13" x 19" paper from the rear paper feed. The thickest paper tested on the printer is Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy which weighs 79 lb. For cardstock, we recommend using paper that weighs around 44 lb. You can try a cardstock paper that falls in that range or more. However, your results can vary when using thick or heavier paper, as these recommendations are for Epson paper only since we have not tested 3rd party media. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

Can this printer print shipping labels?
Hi Lauren, As long as your label sheets are inkjet-compatible, they should work with the WorkForce WF-2930. Since the quality of any particular brand or type of paper may be changed by the manufacturer at any time, Epson cannot guarantee the quality of any non-Epson brand or type of paper. My scanner refuses to send data. I'm using Mac OS 13 (Ventura). Easy Photo Scan "cannot connect with the scanner" or some such excuse. If no one here can answer this, how do I communicate directly with the manufacturer?

I have a brand new workforce pro wf-4820 and it will not run card stock paper. I am really upset because it is to support card stock paper. I'm trying to print my own business cards.
Hi Rod, your WorkForce Pro WF-4820 can feed 79 lb. Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper GLOSSY, so thicker media should not be an issue. The WF-4820's size range is from 3.5" x 5" to 8.5" x 47.2". Is your card stock suitable for inkjet printing? You may want to try card stock from a different supplier and purchase a small quantity to make sure it works before running large jobs.
