The EcoTank Photo ET-8550 wireless all-in-one prints lab-quality, wide-format color photos, graphics and everyday documents — all at an incredible value. Epson’s cartridge-free, 6-color Claria ET Premium Ink system delivers vibrant colors and sharp text for all your creative projects. With low-cost replacement ink bottles, print 4" x 6" photos for about 4 cents each compared to 40 cents with cartridges (1). Print everything from borderless 13" x 19" photos to customized CDs/DVDs. You can even print on cardstock and other media up to 1.3 mm thick. For added convenience, each set of bottles lets you print for up to 2 years (2). Plus, save up to 80 percent with replacement ink bottles vs. ink cartridges (3) — that’s about $2,000 on each set (3). The EcoTank Photo lets you do it all with affordable in-house printing.
Does the warranty cover replacement of ware-parts such as the print heads?

What difficulties are there in scanning pages from hardbound books?

IS THIS PRINTER TAKE HEAVY CARDSTOCK WITH NO PROBLEMS?
Hello SYLVIA. The WF-4820 can print on card stock. However, the thickest paper we have tested on the machine is Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy, which weighs 79 lb. For cardstock, we have tested similar Epson paper that weighs around 44 lb. Please be aware that these recommendations are for Epson paper only. You can try a cardstock that falls in that range, but your results can vary when using other brands and heavier paper. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team

My prints are coming out much darker than what appears on my monitor, tablet or phone. I am printing on Hp premium plus soft gloss which I think is Lustre equivalent. What settings could I have set incorrectly that would cause the photos to come out dark?
Hello musiclover0516. You can start off by printing a nozzle check from the maintenance menu to ensure the print head is working properly. what software comes with unit? How do I connect to my computer ? Is there a disk to load into my computer ?
Hello marley. The V39 II Scanner can be connected to your computer using a USB "A to B" or "B to C" cable. The scanner comes with a disc, that includes a scanner driver and Epson Scan software. Just purchased the ET-5150. Stunned the printer does not support printing from a USB drive. Is anyone aware of a work-around? I cannot install drivers on my work computer (no admin login), so I save to a thumb drive and print from USB port when needed.
Hello SMS. Unfortunately, the ET-5150 does not include USB drive functionality. We recommend looking at the ET-5800 as an alternative. It includes an additional USB port to use an external memory drive with the printer. From the control panel, you will be able to print files and save scanned images to your device.
