The HERO7 White has an internal battery that is not removable, so spare batteries like this one can not be used with the HERO7 White. It can be used with the HERO7 Black though.

Does the HERO7 White camera have a removable battery? Specifications states it does, however, I have read reviews that state it does not. If it does, would it be worth purchasing another battery to swap out, while "out and about" when battery is low.

The HERO7 White and the HERO7 Silver have an internal, non-removable battery. The HERO7 Black does have a removable battery that you can swap out when the battery gets low.

The Head Strap may be able to stretch over a military helmet. Another alternative you might want to look at is to use an adhesive mount on the helmet. That's going to be a very secure way to make sure your GoPro stays on.

I am wondering what kind of zoom this camera has. How does it compare to the canon point and shoot? I am in need of an action video and regular camera with a high quality zoom, stabilizer, and that is wifi compatible.
